"Baltic Sea Breeze 8". This luxurious, beachfront apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires.

Wellness is a very big here! In summer, breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the brisk sea air. Relax in the apartment's own sauna in the winter or relax in the spa shower after a day at the beach or the day before the crackling fire of the fireplace.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The apartment is on the first First floor and is easily accessible by lift. The light-filled living area is equipped with a Blu-Ray 3D player and CD player as well as a Wii games console with games and Internet, for a successful family game night. You will also find board games for young and old.

There are two bedrooms each with a double bed with memory foam mattresses, a baby bed and additional TV. Of course, the apartment also features a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to a refrigerator is also a freezer available. Furthermore you will find a Senseo Kaffeepadsmaschine and a kettle. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a towel dryer and a small footstool so your little ones better reach the sink.

The beautiful balcony and luxurious facilities contribute to a relaxing holiday. Throughout the year you can enjoy the white sandy beach and the Baltic Sea is 100 meters away. The balcony is oriented to the north-east. From May to September you a beach chair available.

This property has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with free carpet floors or short pile floor coverings. We provide mite reduction protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows available. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Wir haben mit der Familie einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Saubere Wohnung, ausreichend Kochutensilien vorhanden und ein Blick auf die Ostsee inklusive. Die Sauna und der Kamin haben den Urlaub abgerundet.Check in und check out sehr problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten. Auch die Kommunikation über E-mail war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sehr schöne, sauber Fewo, in den Schränken nur wenig Stauraum, Kleiderschränke haben vor allem Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, insgesamt nur 3 Kleiderbügel vorhanden. In den Schränken (Schlafzimmern und Badezimmer) sind viele andere Dinge untergebracht. Für 4 Personen wenig Stauraum. Da wir nur zu zweit waren hat es uns nicht gestört.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Defiziten

Kamin und Sauna peppen diese strandnah gelegene Wohnung auf. Einige kleine Veränderungen würden die Wohnung noch mehr zum Highlight machen, wie z. B. Sichtschutz nach außen (Plissees) mehr Handtuchhaken im Bad und funktionale Bügel in den Kleiderschränken. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut isoliert, ruhig und gut aufgeteilt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat uns für unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super und die Umgebung perfekt für Kleinkinder. Das einzige, das uns verwundert hat war, dass im Inserat steht, dass von Mai bis September ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung steht bei der Anreise/ beim Check in aber gesagt wurde, dass kein Strandkorb dabei ist, wir also keinen hatten. Das war schade.

Herrlicher Ostseeurlaub zur Nebensaison

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine kleine Auszeit im Herbst. Direkt an der Ostsee mit Sauna in der Wohnung, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
