For the last 20 years I have been taking my family on great vacations in the Marriott / Westin System. Westin Kierland Villas

Great property but would have been nice to know that we were actually getting( 2 ) 1 bedroom units when we assumed it would be all one unit. Not that big of deal but communication should have been better about that. Also checkin was a pain and they wanted us to switch the me of the rooms half way through the week (said that our host set us up on 4 different reservations for the stay). Again we got through it but still would have preferred better communication. Overall a good experience.
