13 Wagon Rd. Vacation paradise! Close to the beach! Water view!

This gorgeous house on the lagoon and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach is your vacation getaway. 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, sleeps 17. Private pool and hot tub that can heated upon request (pool: $120/day, hot tub $35/day each with a 3 day minimum). Recreation room with ping pong table. Professionally decorated.
Sheets, bath towels and starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent) provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Please bring your own beach towels. One Sea Pines car pass is included with the booking price. Additional car passes are $20/car/week.
Security cameras are present outside the house (front door, driveway, pool maintenance area, and back landscaping with partial view of hot tub and pool).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was the perfect house our family's week in Hilton Head. It's such a beautiful home - just as it appears in the photos. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the owners generously shared beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. We loved the pool and spent hours in it. We paid extra to heat it and it was well worth it. While it was still warm in September, the pool is shaded part of the day and we all appreciated a comfortable water temperature (great for the grandkids). The home is in an excellent Sea Pines location. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk (or quicker on a bike) so it's easy to come and go throughout the day. South Beach is a 10 minute bike ride on the beautiful trails. My husband and I, our three adult children, son-in-law, and two grandchildren loved our stay and would return. The house has ample room for more people, but we loved the luxury of spreading out. We highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house is beautiful, very clean, has modern decor and is in a great location. It is a large house, definitely big enough for a multigenerational family to have their own space. Great kitchen, dining room and living room. Very comfortable couch!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard with the wildlife of HHI. The kids enjoyed many bike rides and going to Harbour Town. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Sea Pines. Highly recommend!!

Family Fun!

We did a big family trip with infants and toddlers in this house and it was perfect!! It was super spacious and clean. The pool was the ideal size and separated nicely from the house that kept it kid safe. The beds are super comfy, bathrooms huge. We loved the kitchen and the close walk to the beach. It’s in a great location. We would love to come back!

Great beach house for multiple families.

Our family and guests enjoyed staying in this house. While it is not beachfront, it is still close: 5 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride. Great location. Very nice house in Sea Pines. Would definitely stay again.

Serene Views - Great Location - Beautiful House

We spent a week at 13 Wagon with our son’s family. The house was spacious, comfortable and decorated beautifully. It was a simple walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to South Beach, the Beach Club and Harbourtown. Maria was very responsive to the many questions I had for her.:-) We would definitely stay at this house again!

Fabulous Vacation

The House is beautiful and very well appointed. We’ve been renting in HHI for approx 30 years and this was by far our best rental! Very spacious, very clean, has everything you need. Great kitchen, grill outside. Great pool with spa. Location is close to the beach, 5 min walk, very quick bike ride. Lots of beach chairs, very much appreciated! Screened in porch! We had a really wonderful week! Would definitely rent again, no hesitation! *****

Gorgeous House

We were very impressed with the home! The layout is terrific, the furniture is very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen lovely, the view of the lagoon is breathtaking and the proximity to the beach was outstanding, just a five minute walk. No complaints! Would highly recommend!

Awesome house

This house is large with plenty of elbow room - and I like elbow room! We rented bicycles which I highly recommend. The owner and the property manager both replied to my questions quickly. Will probably rent again in the future!

Couldn't be Better!

Of all the homes we’ve rented, this one is clearly our favorite. Plenty of rooms and ample living space for our family of 8. Great location..central to everything in Sea Pines and a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Temps were cooler this trip so it was nice to have a hot tub and heated pool that worked perfectly...which has not always been my experience with other rentals. It’s a beautiful, well maintained home and one we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Family Beach Trip 2024

Our extended family stayed for a week at 13 Wagon Rd. and had a wonderful time! The home was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and not too far from the beach. Everything was just as advertised. We loved the pool, the playroom, and the large open kitchen where everyone could gather and hang out. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well and have their own space. I had seen the grill mentioned in another review, the one we used appears to be brand new. Some storage areas of the house were closed off but we had plenty of room for storage and food. The closets were huge!

A Top 5 Family Vacation

The word that came to all our mouths when we entered the home was SPECTACULAR. The house lived up to all the hype and more. From the shear beautify of the home, its amenities, and the proximity to the beach, we couldn't have picked a better vacation spot for this years family vacation. This was our family's first time to Hilton Head Island and it didn't disappoint. Our kids come together from different parts of the country for this one week. The house gave us the room to spread out but at the same time the intimacy to reconnect as a family. The owners of the home were a joy to work with and very responsive to messages sent. This truly was a 5 Star vacation and a home and location we will be visiting again.

Mostly good with a couple of bummers

Overall, this is a nice home in a great location. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. However, there was a huge dead beetle on the floor when we checked in - had to have been there when the cleaners cleaned a few hours before. Also, there were a bunch of problems with the pool that required the pool service company to keep making repairs, shocks, and ultra shocks. It required part of one day and another full day that we weren't able to use the pool - a big bummer during a one week vacation.

Thank you for your review! I'm sorry things weren't top notch for you. I will follow up with the cleaners and the pool company about your issues. Because it has been so hot, pools need extra attention to keep them crystal clear. Sorry about the bug. Palmetto bugs are very common in Hilton Head and despite the Pest Control company and cleaner's best efforts, they sometimes make an unwelcome appearance.
