Nestled on the South end of Manasota Key. This house sits just 3 back from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, this island homes offers that nostalgic cottage charm, reminiscent of old Florida. Partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. Watch the sunset from your front yard, or head to the beach to visit the dolphin and manatee playground, literally a stone's throw away! The south end of Manasota Key is where you'll find an abundance of fossilized shark's teeth & great shell collecting. Of course you will want to visit one of the numerous restaurants on the Island to experience Manasota Key's sumptuous local fare, all approximately 1/2 mile to the north. This listing is for 1 half of a duplex.

The unit is cozy and nicely decorated. There is a nice outdoor seating area, its100 steps to a nice beach from the front door. The owners communication and follow up was excellent.
