For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden 300 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Jun. - 20.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 7.5 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, shingle beach 150 m, public bathing area 2.5 km, concrete beach 150 m. Tennis, sports centre 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. Max. occupancy: 9 persons. Parking space in the shade in the courtyard.
