Beautifully decorated house in Polinik, on the main road towards Zadar. It consists of two separate apartments (outside stairs). On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room connected to the kitchen. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room connected to the kitchen. Four terraces, a barbecue, a large garden immersed in greenery and an outdoor pool for swimming are on offer here. Many activities for children will make your holiday unforgettable. You share the main entrance to the property with the owner, who does not enter your part of the property. The interesting town of Zadar is only 15 km away. Nearest beach in Posedarje, 10 km.

Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und hatte genug Platz für unsere Gruppe aus 8 Kindern und 5 Erwachsenen.Der Pool so wie die liegen und der große schöne Garten waren super. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit Pool , sehr nette Eigentümer. Das Haus hat reichlich Platz für bis zu 14 Personen. Wir waren mit 11 Personen dort und waren vom Platzangebot zufrieden. Die Lage geht in Ordnung da ein großer Pool vorhanden ist. Bis zur Stadt Zadar sind es ca. 14 km. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es 13 km . Ein kleiner Super Markt ist nur 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt, was sehr komfortabel für kleinere Einkäufe ist.Es hat alles reibungslos und zur unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt. Danke dafür!
