NEW & Modern South Haven Beach House

Come enjoy your perfect Michigan getaway in this beautiful beach house built in 2021 that offers all the amenities to make you feel like at home

Easy walk to South Beach (10min) & charming downtown South Haven (10-12min)

During summer peak season (June 16 - Sep 1) we require 7night minimum: Friday - Friday

This brand new home features modern, open concept kitchen & living area with an island in the middle for everyone to gather after a long day at the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at the house.

Large sectional couch and smart TV for nights in. Variety of board games for game nights.

Spacious, fenced in, private backyard includes a grill, fire pit and a patio table making it the perfect place to socialize & entertain. Enjoy a beverage, grill out or make s’mores - we’ve got you covered with all the grilling tools and skewers. Plenty of space for kids to play in.

If you like privacy and being close to everything, but not in the middle of it all, this is the perfect home for you.

Heading west, you’re an easy 0.5 mile stroll to sandy South Beach. Right next to the stairs, you will find the Kids Corner Park, which has a huge kids playground - a perfect spot for kids of all ages!

Heading north, you’re an easy 0.6 mile stroll to the charming downtown South Haven, which is filled with boutique shops, breweries, restaurants, tasting rooms and much more!

There are lots of wineries, breweries, u-pick fruit farms and a petting zoo just a short car ride away. Happy to provide recommendations of our favorite spots.

Wonderful house

We love South Haven and have rented many homes there. This house was a wonderful place to stay, close to the beach, town, and Kids Corner Park. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We would highly recommend this property!

Location was excellent! There’s so many cute restaurants and little shops in downtown South Haven.

Staying in Edgell Cottage was superb! Kristine was super attentive and lovely to communicate with, she truly cares and makes guests feel like their right at home. Overall, our experience was excellent - visiting South Haven was a great way to ring in the New Year!

Lovely Lake House!

If you are looking for a wonderful, updated home near Lake Michigan then this will exceed your expectations. It is a short walk to the vibrant South Haven Main Street, playgrounds and the beach. The whole area is so nice, clean, friendly and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property for families with children as well!

Great Stay!

The house was immaculately clean! It was the perfect size for our family. The property was just a couple of blocks from the beach and several excellent restaurants and shops (all recommended by Kristine). Kristine stocked the house with extras, like coffee, tea, beach items, etc. I will definitely look to book this property on our next trip to MI.

Home Away from Home

With our family scattered across the country and our dad's place to small to accommodate everyone, this was the perfect place to have all of us stay! Large kitchen with all the baking and cooking utensils at your fingertips made for an easy preparation of our Thanksgiving meal. Large living area with super comfy couch was the perfect place to relax and watch the football games after dinner. The sleeping accommodations were super comfortable and the house from top to bottom was super clean! Great communication with the host. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when wanting to get together with our whole family.

Everything we had hoped for

We had the best time during our stay in this house. I was half afraid the photos were too good to be true, but they were right on! Everything was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very kid friendly (but also good if you don’t have small kids!). The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach and town. Kristine was on top of everything and quick to communicate and respond to questions. We definitely hope to come back!

Great home for families!

My husband and I brought our 4 adult children and one-year-old grandson to South Haven for a long weekend. This home had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The decor was comfortable without being overdone. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have spices and some condiments to use. It was so convenient to have all of the baby stuff at our disposal. We didn’t have to pack a bunch of extra things for the baby. We loved having movie night on the big comfy couch that fit the whole family. Kristine was a great communicator. She was able to give us lots of non-beach activity ideas. Anytime I had a question, she responded promptly. We would definitely come back!

Perfect in every way

Giving this five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish, Kristine was helpful and responsive. The charming home was perfect in every way for our family. It was warm and welcoming. The short walking distance to near-by attractions was perfect. When we visit South Haven in the future, booking this home will be a must.

Perfect house for a long weekend getaway

We have rented other homes and this house has to be one of the best we have stayed in. Its a beautifully decorated, very comfy, updated home that is close to town, beach and not to far from visiting other areas. And the owners were awesome to work with. Kristine - thank you again!
