This 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the upper level of the Riverview House. It has two balconies (front faces the Guadalupe River and the rear is a great place to watch deer and other wildlife roam the property. It has a large living room with lots of seating and Roku TV, and stocked kitchen and dining area. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area.



Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!



Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Spacious retreat

What a great place for a little getaway weekend! We were looking for some country rest and relaxation and found it. It was very clean, spacious, and perfectly furnished for the Texas Hill country. Eddie was super helpful. We hope to return in the spring or summer and see it when everything is greener.

Perfect location for summer camp drop off one night stay. Eddie was great to work with and very accommodating. The unit we started in was good but not perfect for our sleeping arrangements and he happily switched us to another cabin on property that was perfect.

We spent one night while visiting our son. House and property is beautiful! Steps from river. Bedroom has huge comfy bed. Home has 3 comfy couches. Huge living room. We kayaked, fished and then watched a movie on the comfy couch with the kids. Huge porch that faces river. Many activities in town and good food options.

2 night get away

We arrived late. Sometime after 9pm and Mr. Eddy hung around to make sure we made it safely to Casa Blanca which was very thoughtful. The place is exactly as described. If I had to make any recommendations I would recommend a normal size refrigerator for those wanting to stay longer than a night or 2. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was peaceful and a must see site is the prayer garden in Kerrville, Tx. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
