Secluded Brown House, 3BR/2BA, Porch, Grill, Sleeps 10

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a bit "modern-rustic" with a two-sided porch, and walking distance to the riverfront. Designed for 10 people (1 King and 4 Queen beds) but with sleeper sofa in living room, it is possible to sleep up to 12 people. It has a full kitchen, Keurig Duo coffee station, living/dining area, Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of places to relax outside, including a gas grill and a firepit.

Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!
