Jolie appartement, calme, a deux pas de la plage et de la promenade avec superbe terrasse.Très bon accueil et réactivité de Samy.Petit manque d'entretien au niveau des équipements et de la propreté.

Bonjour Pourriez vous’ m’expliquer concernant la propreté ? Concernant les équipements malheureusement les locataires cassent les fauteuils et ne le disent pas On a changé la semaine dernière le réfrigérateur et le lave linge que des locataires avaient abîmés mais comme ils le cachent lors de la restitution des clés … idem pour les portes de placard utilisées de façon brutales et pour la propreté? Qu’est ce qui était sale? Cordialement

Appartement très agréable à vivre, très pratique et bien équipé (en particulier, très bonne clim et très bon wifi), piscine petite mais sympa pour les enfants . La localisation est parfaite à 2 pas d’une belle plage et la terrasse panoramique est vraiment grande et offre de belles perspectives (nous avons pu voir l’éclipse du 12 août depuis la terrasse et c’était un spectacle magique!). Petits bémols (pour le prix): place de parking un peu étroite et environnement/immeuble un peu lambda. Cela reste une très bonne location pour d‘agréables vacances balnéaires à Peniscola!

Je tiens à remercier Virginie pour la qualité de nos échanges (réactive, claire, précise) et Samy pour son accueil à notre arrivée. L'appartement, décoré avec gout est fonctionnel. Il dispose d'une terrasse exceptionnelle avec vue sur la mer. Nous connaissions la Résidence qui est calme, à 5 kms du centre ville. C'est ce que nous recherchons. De nombreux restaurants sont à mo8ns de 500 mètres. Nous reviendrons à Péniscola, station balnéaire très agréable.

Super vacances à Péniscola

Très bon accueil de la part de Samy à notre arrivée. L'appartement magnifique ( terrasse, vue mer, propreté, équipement) accès direct à une superbe plage. Merci à Virginie pour le rétablissement de l'internet le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement ainsi qu'à Péniscola super ville que nous avons découvert et beaucoup aimés Merci encore à Samy et son épouse lors de notre départ avec respect de notre horaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location

Zalig terras

Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we genoten van het prachtige terras. Als de zon scheen kon je lekker laat in het zonnetje liggen. Virginie is heel toegankelijk. Bedankt voor het flesje Cava bij aankomst. Samy die ons de sleutels overhandigde was een sympathieke man. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, met àlles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De ibiza-stijl is leuk! We komen zeker ooit nog terug.
