The apartment is located in a very beautiful residence perched on the hill

"Las Atalayas" quiet and ideal for relaxing with a large outdoor summer pool and an indoor winter pool.

A large terrace of 30 m2 with stunning views of the sea, the Sierra de Irta and the citadel. It is located 1 km200 from Peñiscola center with an area of ​​70 m2 for a capacity of 4 people.

Nice appartment at the top of Peñiscola

Nice, fresh and well-equipped apartment with a nice view from a lovely terrace. Since the apartment is located high up on the mountain, it is important to have a car to be able to get to the city and the surrounding area.

Outstanding Appartement with spectacular Sea and Mountain view

The apartment at Sophie and Yves' was amazing. It was not only very clean but also perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation. The location is especially outstanding – with a spectacular view from the terrace over the mountains and the sea. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and escape from daily life. Communication with David was also extremely friendly, simple, and pleasant. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely book again when we’re in the area.

Un très agréable appartement

Que dire sur ce séjour? Difficile tout de même de faire la part entre le très bon, lié à l'appartement, pratique, joliment décoré, disposant d'une belle terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et la résidence, et le mauvais qui n'est pas du fait des propriétaires bien sûr:Nous avons séjourné du 22/10 au 28/10, en écourtant notre séjour du fait du mauvais temps. Et bien nous en a pris, après c'étaient les inondations en Catalogne!! on reviendra sans doute, par des temps plus cléments...

Einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen schön

komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit guter Aussicht

Uns hat der Aufenthalt und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen! Wir wurden nett und unkompliziert von David empfangen.Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Aussicht von der Terasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren ebenfalls komfortabel. Der Außenpool war während unseres Aufenthalts leider noch nicht geöffnet. Schöne Joggingrunde rund um die Anlage.

A qui n'est-il pas arrivé de constater que les photos publiées et les textes s'y rapportant ne correspondaient en rien (ou presque) lors de la découverte du bien ? Eh bien... vu notre degré d'exigence, croyez sincèrement que vous pouvez, sans hésitation aucune, faire votre réservation. David, le référent, vous y accueillera avec sourire et bienveillance et vous constaterez immédiatement la propreté des lieux, l'équipement au complet de la location et une vue (mer et montagne) exceptionnelle. Wunderbares Appartement mit Aussicht

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt hoch über Peñiscola mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf Meer und Naturschutzgebiet. Es ist sehr ruhig und ideal für Erholung geeignet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen extra gebucht und bezahlt werden, ebenfalls die Endreinigung.

Propre, super vue mais quelques bémols

Nous avons séjourné en août. L appartement est spacieux est propre. Néanmoins le lave vaisselle fonctionnait très mal ( il devait être remplacé mais il ne l à pas été avant les locations) et l absence d auvent sur la terrasse ne permettait pas d en bénéficier pleinement vu la chaleur ( la partie à l ombre correspond à la soufflerie de la climatisation) . La piscine étant à l ombre dés 16h, elle était froide et peu agréable l apres midi. Plusieurs enfants de sont coupés les pieds dans le petit bassin mais la personne en charge de son entretien nous a repondu que la reparation etait impossible sans la vider. ( ce n est certes pas la faute de la proprietaire mais regrettable pour l usage de la piscine) Belle vue sur les hauteur et le bon côté de peniscola, mais pas mal de vent en contre partie. L accueil par David fut sympathique et il a répondu à toutes nos interrogations et besoins, notamment pour la procédure de départ. La voiture est obligatoire pour se rendre à la plage et en ville. Le soir en août très difficile de se garer après 19h. La climatisation était tres appréciable

Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines. Comme à la maison. Sur les hauteurs de Peñíscola avec vues magnifiques et tranquillité. Piscine très agréable. L’appartement est très bien équipé et bonne literie. Aucune commodité à pied mais c’est le prix du calme. La voiture est obligatoire. Les places sont propres. À refaire. Merci à David pour son accueil et disponibilité.

Bester Blick, viel Wind, schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieter

Auch wenn es paar Abstriche durch die Betreuung der Wohnung seitens des Verwalters gab (vergessene Kleidungsstücke im Kleiderschrank, schmutziger Wäschemuff, schlechte Erreichbarkeit) so ist die Wohnung selbst sehr schön, der Blick hinreißend und die Einrichtung auch für höher Gewachsene komfortabel. Wer hier oben wohnen und vom Panorama verwöhnt sein will, darf sich über Wind und das Angewiesen sein auf ein Auto nicht beschweren. Wanderer sollten 15 min Weg bis zum Wegenetz von Stadt und Wanderrouten einplanen. Gerne empfehlen wir weiter!

Appartement comfortabel. auto noodzakelijk.

Erg hoog gelegen, daardoor winderig op het balkon. Koude voorjaar speelde ook mee natuurlijk. Prachtig uitzicht op NP Siera d' Irta en zee. Heel mooi om te wandelen. Toegang NP vanuit appartement niet mogelijk. Lopend naar centrum 45 min. enkele reis en stijl. Voor ons prima, maar niet voor iedereen. Sophie&Yves dank voor je gastvrijheid.
