About this property

April June Aug some free time! Olives, open fireplace! Pets allowed!

The house is newly renovated and furnished In traditional Tuscan style.
On the ground floor is the living room with large dining table and kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, spices etc.
Both floors and the terrace and the stairs are covered with terra cotto floors.
Prior to the large terrace is under a pergola surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, pomegranate, fig, cork, oleander, rosemary, etc.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a double bed and large windows.
Also upstairs is the mosaikgeflieste windowed bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
Parking is in the lot, you go through a wrought iron gate.
The highway to the sea and to Florence or Siena is just 2 km away, but you hear nothing!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame und schöne Tage in diesem liebevoll hergerichteten Toskanahaus! Wir wollten mal dem Alltagstrubel entkommen und haben hier wirklich ein kleines Paradies gefunden! Der Weg über Grosseto zum Meer dauert ca. 40 Minuten, die sich jedoch wirklich lohnen! Im Nachbarort gibt es tolles Eis und mehrere Möglichkeiten, mal einen Cocktail zu trinken, oder gut und authentisch essen zu gehen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super über WhatsApp. Er hatte alle Infos, die wir brauchten und war immer sofort zu erreichen und äußerst bemüht!!! Wenn man also einen Urlaub in der schönen Toskana verbringen will, ist dieses Häuschen wirklich ein idealer Verweilort! Wenn es uns wieder in die Toskana zieht, kommen wir sicher wieder hier her!

Einfach wunderbar

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Alles hat auf den Punkt gepasst. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Einfach zum abschalten und wohlfühlen.Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war bestens und sehr nett. Haben uns 14 Tage sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. wohlfühlen. W

Entspannt, Haus ab vom Schuss, idyllisch, zum Entschleunigen, Betten sind aber zu klein und unkomfortabel

Ich denke unkomfortabel bezieht der Kunde auf die Größe der Betten da das Haus sehr komfortabel und komplett mit allen Geräten ausgestattet ist ! Über die Bettengröße hatte sich bisher noch niemand beschwert, die Doppelbetten sind jeweils 140 / 200 cm, wie in meinem Inserat und meiner Webseite beschrieben ... Ja es ist sehr idylisch gelegen und toll wenn man seine Ruhe möchte und es ist nur 200m zur nächsten Hauptstraße entfernt... Paganico oder Roccastrada jeweils nur 10 min ... Und nur 2 km von der Autobahn Richtung Florenz oder Richtung Meer ... Da ist man überall sehr schnell, Siena 1/2 Stunde, das Meer 1/2 Stunde... heiße Quellen 10 min... Ich persönlich liebe es sehr das man sehr idylisch und ruhig seine Zeit verbringt und das man sehr schnell "im Trubel" sein kann...
