The kitchen is equipped with, gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Upstairs is a TV room, German TV, leather sofa for 6 people incl. TV armchair, 2 tables, gas fireplace, air conditioning and a 43 'LED Smart TV. Through a sliding door they enter the roof terrace equipped with a table and chairs, parasol, whirlpool, outdoor shower and loungers. Parking within the property. The property is navigated by automatically opening gates and is very securely guarded. The nearby supermarket Spar, is within walking distance, equipped with a well-decorated bakery and butcher. For breakfast you reach in 150 meters a very nice coffee shop with garden tables, a steakhouse is in a few meters also to reach. The Mainroad with its various shops and banks they run in minutes.

Because of its central location, Somerset West is ideal for day trips to Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Hermanus, the Cederberg or the Karoo. The wind from the Atlantic, called South Easter or The Cape Doctor, provides for a pleasantly warm, not too hot climate in the summer months from December to March.
