Our villa located in the heart of Saint-Aignan has a beautiful south-facing garden enclosed by walls and out of sight; it will allow you to enjoy the sun or rest in the shade of its tall trees. The house is furnished with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Free Wi-Fi - Free parking. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, tea maker, food processor, raclette machine. Dining room - living room with TV, HIFI - RADIO - games. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a bidet and a hairdryer is at your disposal. The bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm bed, pillows and a dressing room for clothes. A second separate toilet. Washing machine in the boiler room and drying rack, ironing board and iron. Garden with gazebo: barbecue, lounge and garden table, sunbathing. Linen is not included - but can be provided on reservation: Bed linen kit for 1 bedroom (fitted sheet and duvet cover + 2 pillowcases): 15 euros Towel Kit (1 bath towel + 1 towel + 1 glove) 12 euros. Linen is left in each room. 5 minutes from the Parc de Beauval, near our emblematic castles: Chenonceaux, Cheverny... you will also discover a region rich in historical heritage, its vineyards and its artisanal and gastronomic riches. Winegrowers in organic and biodynamic farming in the town of Couffy, we will be happy to welcome you to the estate according to our possibilities and by appointment. The accommodation is located in Saint-Aignan sur Cher, close to shops and restaurants. 500 metres away, you will enjoy the Ile-Plage de Saint-Aignan on the banks of the Cher. It is a place of relaxation for the whole family. On site: children's games... Swimming authorised and supervised in July and August. Nearby, the nautical base can be an opportunity to discover the Cher valley with a canoe descent or to treat yourself to a quieter interlude in pedal boats or boats. On foot to discover the medieval city of Saint-Aignan, its town centre and its beach island. By car to get to Beauval or visit our castles.

Maison tres agreable, lumineuse, propre, amenagee avec goût, moderne, isolee du passage de la rue. Petit jardin sympa. Manque une vraie table de jardin et des lits de jardin pour paresser au soleilLa literie est excellente. On s y sent bien.Notre hotesse est tres sympathique.La region est superbe avec les chateaux et surtout le zoo de Beauval. Incontournable. A voir également a Amboise, les chateaux de la loire en miniature. Tres tres joli.
