We propose to you with the hiring, in Amiens, this charming studio, remade with nine at the beginning of 2023, of a surface of 16 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine with a sleeping area and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is facing East and is composed as follows
- A living room with TV (Molotov & Netflix), Wifi (optical fiber), sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) (low ceiling height).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
