Modern holiday home right in the historic old town - Edel & Schick

The holiday home built in 2014 is located in the heart of the old town of Erfurt. It is equipped on the ground floor with a modern fitted kitchen and a friendly dining area for up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a double room and a large, bright bathroom. The 2nd The upper floor is occupied by the living area from which you can reach the open upper sleeping area for 2 people. Of course there is a second bathroom here. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and we have placed great emphasis on clear and simple furnishings. In an emergency, the designer couch in the living room can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, creating space for a total of 6 people.

Great location in Old Town

Very nice hosts. They were there to check us in . Great location in the old part of town . Everything was walkable . GPS had a hard time finding it by car . Took us to the alley that we couldn’t drive down . Be sure to bring soap and shampoo for the shower which we did have with us . All in all it was a great place to stay !

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Erfurt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alles war sauber und die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 4 Etagen.

Super Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel, perfekt ausgestattet, in bester Altstadtlage und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett - es standen sogar frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wochenendtrip nach Erfurt

Der Aufenthalt in Erfurt war sehr schön. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, ist aber dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Check In waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch das Parken war kein Problem (Duplex Garage). Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Alles tipp topp, wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein gemütliches Haus, toll gelegen mitten in der Altstadt. Trotz Hitze ließ sich das Dachzimmer gut lüften so dass es nachts nicht unangenehm heiß war. Das zweite Bad oben ist viel wert dass man nicht immer 2 Stockwerke überwinden muss. Die Betten waren superbequem. Die Küche gut ausgestattet und angenehm kühl bei den Temperaturen. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir gar nicht benutzt aber es sieht auch sehr gemütlich aus. Alles picobello sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war auch super nett und unkompliziert. So sehr ich auch nachdenke, ich finde nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Best friends on a trip to Erfurt

Das Ferienhäuschen war für uns ideal. Zentral, aber dadurch, dass es sich in einer Seitengasse befand, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem an unserem Wochenende gerade das bekannte Krämerbrückenfest stattfand. Größe und Einteilung der Räumlichkeiten, sowie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die wunderschöne Stadt Erfurt, mit all ihren tollen Plätzen, Lokations usw., haben das Wochenende für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Herzlichen Dank an die sympathischen, unkomplizierten Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-).

Kalt und und unpersönlich

Keine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Wirklich nur zum Schlafen gut. Keine Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen und innen ist es dunkel und kalt. Auch keine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, sondern nur harte Holzstühle. Man hatte kein Bedürfnis sich 1e Minute,länger als nötig in der Wohnung aufzuhalten. WLAN und Internet sehr schlecht. Der Parkplatz ist auch nur für 1,50m hohes Auto geeignet. Ansonsten kommen noch die Kosten für das Parkhaus in einiger Entfernung noch dazu. Schade, da der Kontakt mit Frau Rülke sehr nett war. Die Wohnung ist einfach nicht schön.....

Schöne Tage in Erfurt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, mit wenigen Schritten ist man beim Bäcker oder anderen Geschäften, Domplatz, Krämerbrücke usw. Der untere Teil der Wohnung ist gut, oben lässt sie bezüglich Ausstattung und starker geruchsbelästung durch WC zu wünschen übrig. Die nicht funktionierenden Heizkörper in der oberen Etage wurden durch Vermieter nach Reklamationen schnell eingestellt. Die Aufenthaltsqualität im Wohnzimmer könnte größer sein. Der Urlaub insgesamt war schön, aber wir werden wohl nicht wiederkommen .

Leider haben Sie uns die Geruchsbelästigung durch die Toilette nicht mitgeteilt, wir wären sofort bemüht gewesen dies zu beheben. Durch die Bilder im Internet ist es möglich, sich die Ausstattung des Wohnbereiches anzusehen. Dies im Nachhinein zu bemängeln ist dann schade. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute, liebe Grüße Carola Röske

Perfekt für eine Städtetour in Erfurt

Diese schöne und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in der Altstadt von Erfurt, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Und mit dem Rad kann man die herrliche Umgebung auf vielen Radwanderwegen erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar, auch der Pkw-Stellplatz in der Garage gegenüber ist perfekt! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Erfurter Altstadt

Unser Aufenthalt war total schön. Das Haus ist total schön geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man wohnt sehr zentral aber total ruhig. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen herrschtel im Haus ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende!
