Cozy vacation apartment in the immediate vicinity of Weimar

Our cosy 40-square-meter holiday rental can accommodate up to 3 guests and is located in an idyllic village in Thuringia surrounded by vineyards and nature, very close to Weimar.
You can reach Weimar by car in about 3–5 minutes, by bike along the Ilm Bike Path in about 20–30 minutes, or by bus in about 5–10 minutes.

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house and is accessible via two steps. It features a separate entrance as well as its own terrace with patio furniture.
The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. The old clay exterior walls have been restored and give the holiday rental a unique indoor atmosphere. The entire holiday rental features underfloor heating.

The kitchenette is fully furnished and equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), oven & glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and sink.
Of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also available for your use.
The living room is furnished with a couch and coffee table, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs.
A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio are provided.
The windows are fitted with pleated blinds (light-filtering).
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). The window is fitted with a pleated blind (blackout).
The bathroom features a sink, a shower (low threshold—approx. 3 cm), and a toilet.

Towels are included. Bed linens can be added upon request for a fee of 5€ per person (to be paid on site) or you may bring your own.

Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee. We charge 8€ per night (to be paid on site).
