A beautiful, updated, well maintained 3 BR modern townhouse condo. Open floor plan includes 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 spacious living rooms with cable TV, internet, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave & breakfast bar. Skylights w/ loft area. Two wood stoves including firewood. Finished basement with bar area, sectional couch and sleep sofa. Sliders to deck with patio furniture & gas grill. Two minutes to StoryLand, close to Jackson waterfalls, hiking, canoeing, dining and shopping. Ten minutes to N. Conway Ctr. Peaceful semi-private setting.
Tenants need to bring sheets, pillow cases & towels, all blankets /comforters are provided by host.

About the area:
To escape the summer heat enjoy the serenity of Jackson Falls, Diana’s Bath or Echo Lake. Hale Location is a great nine hole golf course close by with breathtaking views and challenging holes. Hike the magnificent trails at Diana's Bath (dog friendly) and Cathedral Ledge, canoe down the Saco River, relax in the beach side sand of Echo Lake. Alternatively, the excitement of downtown North Conway is a quick drive away, as you can enjoy the Settler's Green shopping Outlets and all of the excitement that the strip offers (mini golf, 5&10 cent candy store, restaurants and ice cream at every corner).

During the winter months, ski, skate, and snow tube right around the corner. 5 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 10 to Cranmore, 15 to Wildcat, and 25 minutes to Bretton Woods. Nestlenook Farm which is just 5 minutes down the road offers ice skating, snow shoeing and authentic sleigh rides. Warm up at their outdoor fire pit or hot cocoa inside their enclosed Victorian gazebo.

Some of our favorite restaurants include the Red Parka Pub (less than a mile), Shannon Door, Tuckerman's Tavern, & Red Fox Pub. (The RPP and Shannon Door offer live entertainment on weekends).

Great location for day visits to North Conway and Storyland! Nice quiet location. Good size deck. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cups and paper products! Convenient dumpster on site for trash. Nice getaway with family!

Place was clean, host was excellent at getting back to me. It is pet friendly but my dog had a hard time making the stairs to go to the bedrooms ( they are steep). But overall we had a nice stay.

Lovely stay at this townhouse condo. Located in a small quiet condo community. Nice open floor plan. Plenty of space enough for our family of four and our small dog. Comfortable beds but remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Basic spices for cooking. Love the front deck for morning tea or evening dinners. The host had timely and courteous communication. It's a close proximity to desired locations like North Conway for hiking, kayaking and tubing. Love the Local Grocer Store and Wellness center.

We spent a weekend here with our 2 teen sons and our dog. Fantastic place in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, ski areas and shops. Place was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for all of us. Would stay here again!

The unit was very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. It’s located a short drive from Attitash, Black Mtn and Wildcat. For a ski trip it’s a winner. Will definitely return.

The basement has the bunk beds in it but during our stay no one could sleep down there because the strong musty smell made it hard to breathe. In the bunk room is the door to the water heater and doesnt have a lock.Bathroom showers had hair on the walls when we arrived.The room at the top of the stairs the door would not stay closed.Every time we opened the blinds in the main living room some would fall down just by the motion of opening or closing them.Chairs around the dining table are falling apart.It is a convenient place to stay for traveling to North Conway, Storyland and some decent hiking trails.

Good afternoon Jim, I hope all is well. We appreciate your review and kindly wish to respond as follows. The basement has plenty of room and ventilation including a dehumidifier if needed. The temperature that week was pretty warm, upper 80’s- low 90’s and any basement would be cool because it is below grade. The door to the closet housing the utility water heater has never been an issue. There really isn’t any reason to go in there unless you are a plumber. In addition, there is a closet in the bedroom for clothing and personal belongings. The levelor blinds in the main living room can be a bit tricky. In the past some tenants apparently don’t know how to open them correctly.They break off easily if you don’t first open them. Also, tenants have in the past broke them off and propped them up in place to give the illusion that they are firmly attached. We keep plenty of extra slats hanging in our side mudroom in case this may happen. Nobody is perfect. I am not aware of the dining room chairs, but will look into it and replace any if needed. The house is in a great location and is very convenient to town and access to the mountains. The house has plenty of room for up to 8 people and woulld be very cozy and warm in the winter time with the woodstoves. The man cave in the basement.is also a cool place to hang out.

Excellent location for all the things we had planned, hiking, river float and Storyland. The development was peaceful and beautiful. I have to say that sitting on the deck sipping, might have been my favorite part. The kitchen had everything we needed. The added ability to bring our pets was the best.
