We had a great visit. Ideal location; steps to the river and close to the center of town! Much larger than expected! Friendly neighbors... loved the outdoor firepit!
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and furniture was comfortable. We spent most of our mornings and eveings at the rental. Was a good home base for exploring North Conway, Kancamagus Hwy and Points North.
Plenty of supplies and spices for cooking. Great Host and Great Condo! We would love to rent again.
This spot is such a nice relaxing place by the river. There was everything here that we needed. It was comfortable and peaceful. The gas fire on the deck was just what we needed on a cool night. Sitting in the deck having coffee in the morning listening to the river and birds was a great way to start the day.
Close to hikes and shopping too.
We had a great time and would recommend 100%.
What a lovely place to stay, in what feels like a private and secluded paradise, away from the chaos of daily life.
We had such a great time, with so many walks and attractions nearby. No better way to wind down after a day out than swimming in the river and relaxing in such a comfortable house.
Everything well catered for, with modern facilities and many basic necessities provided. Thank you so much, we will be back again!
Love, love, love this condo. Perfect for 6 adults. Lots of provided essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, spices, toilet paper, laundry stuff, etc. We mostly ate in and had all the needed pots, pans, etc. Enjoyed the back porch with cozy couch and propane fire pit. Highlight is time in the river, amazing New Hampshire air, great hikes, great quiet time with family. Thanks for the great stay Amy!
The property is wonderful. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. I love the fact you walk out the back door and down the stairs and the Saco is right there.
This property is exactly as advertised. It was everything we hoped for. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook a full meal, the furniture is in great condition and comfortable, but if you are there in summer the highlight is the outdoor space - comfortable furniture to relax and access to the river. We could have spent the whole holiday out there quite happily, but there is so much to do in the area. There was something for everyone. And on the days we just wanted to relax, the games, particularly the shuffleboard, were a hit. We are already planning next year’s visit.
We enjoyed ourselves again this year despite the weather being mostly rainy. The location is great - right on the river. Communication with the property manager Amy was excellent. We love this place so much we recommend it to friends who are staying later this year.
This property was exactly as pictured! Cozy, easy to find and just a staircase from the river. A great location on the Saco, deep enough tube and also shallow areas to put a chair and just relax.

Saco!
If you love the Saco river, this is a great place to be. The river is your backyard.
We stayed here with our young adult children, 6 of us total. It was the perfect size home especially having the 2.5 bathrooms. We all loved this place near the river and enjoyed playing the shuffleboard game. It was conveniently located near the many hikes we did and close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed this past weekend and it was perfect! It of course rained on and off for the three days we were there but the fun didn’t stop! The place had a bunch of board games for all ages, the indoor bowling, shuffle board and plenty of seats and the screened in porch for outside time; the easy access to the Saco would have been ideal for a sunny day but our boys didn’t care at all about the weather so it was great! Thank you for helping us create some awesome memories!
Amy & Ben's property was great - it was clean and had everything we needed! We had a couple days of warm weather and hiking and a couple of days of snow where we stayed in, watched movies, and played games. The kids loved the loft! Perfect location on the river and great for exploring Crawford Notch or heading into Conway Village. Loved our stay!
Amy & Ben's Townhouse was the perfect getaway for our mini moon. Their place was so clean and had everything we needed. It is very easily accessible and in close range of Attitash, Story Land, and Jackson. The outlets in North Conway are about 20 min. But if you're looking for someplace to just sit and relax, this is where you want to be. By day you can admire the Saco River from picturesque windows or right out in the back yard. If you choose to eat in, the kitchen has all your basic cooking needs. In the evening you can curl up by the wood burning fireplace. Their town house could easily sleep eight, but was perfect for just the two of us celebrating our first few days as a newlyweds. We truly loved our stay and planning on booking again.

About the host
Hosted by Amy and Ben
My family recently purchased the property to be able to get away from the hustle of the city and to be closer to nature. We love to ski, hike, fly fish, and explore the treasures in the White Mountains.
Why they chose this property
The location of this property is hard to top as it's right on the Saco river. We enjoy the house in all seasons and discovery new places to explore nearly every time we come up. Summer floating down the river or relaxing on the rocks and sandy beaches steps from the back deck. Skiing the many mountains nearby in the winter including Attitash, Wildcat, and Cranmore. Biking or hiking the many trails in all seasons. Our children love storyland and the living aquariam. There are also many fantastic restaurants and breweries nearby. Pine Glen is the ideal getaway for families or friend trips.
What makes this property unique
Tranquil setting and close to all the White Mountains have to offer.
