Enjoyed everything…we’ve stayed at this location before but with a different management company and I had to say these guys here are way better. Easy check in process no extra steps.

Before school vacay

The beach was amazing. Everything looked like the pictures. I couldn’t get my gate code to work but I text and got a response very quickly and it was easily fixed.

Hello PCB

The condo was amazing!!!! Had some issues with door and gate codes the first day- BUT customer service was awesome! Beautiful views! - the beds were really soft- but that is a preference and you can’t please everyone on that!

Well-kept, roomy, comfortable interior with the most spacious deck we've ever had in numerous vacations at PCB! Twin Palms will be our first choice for future visits. 100 percent pleased!

Disappointed

Pictures onsite are not accurate. Unit was very dirty upon arrival. Unit had not been maintained. Shower curtain rod rusted, tub rusted, dryer vent rusted. Cabinet contact paper all stained. Grout/floor stains. No area rugs, leather furniture, minimal wall art. Had to have the lock on door worked on. Door has dents all over it. Holes in walls. Paint is rough. Pictures available of condition. Master had a stained foam pad. Patio furniture rusted. Return vent black. We did receive a small compensation. The unit was not worth 1/2 of what we paid for it. A friend’s unit in the same building was individually owned and just as the pictures showed.

Hello Heather, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We do know this property is in need of new photography. This will be completed once reservations begin to slow down, to give our team ample time. We are working on rectifying the tub and dryer vents. We will reach out to our operations team regarding your review so that we can have a quality control inspection completed on this property. We do hope we can host you again on your next visit to the Gulf Coast. We would love the opportunity to show you a 5-star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
