Exactly what we were looking for

Spent 3 days fishing and found this location was perfect for what we were looking for and actually less expensive than staying in a hotel. Everything was exactly as described.

We had a great stay. The villa was clean and exactly like the pictures. I would have loved to ride the bikes but they were not in working condition. BUT, having a cooler and beach chairs were very convenient and appreciated. It was a great vacation, thank you!

Inaccurate listing

We had 3 kids and 4 adults. 2 trucks with 2 boats under 20’ each. There was no where to park. The neighbors came out and attacked us morning and evening even after we moved our vehicles as they requested. The host called us after the neighbors called him to say there is an HOA and boats are not allowed. Nowhere in the listing does it say this and the house is in a boating community and on the water. Might be an important part of your listing. And when the host called all he was worried about was the pet fee (dogs allowed and last minute was decided to bring dog) we never planned on not paying the fee. Might I add the dog was 3 pounds and we stayed 2 nights and they charged $100. And the listing says 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. NEVER will stay at a place with this host again. I’m a frequent Vrbo traveler and this was THE WOREST experience to date

This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.

Very nice condo. Great location with easy access to beaches, good food and many other activities in the area. The condo was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. Easy checkin / checkout process.

Wonderful accomadation

The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with all you need. Location is a short distance to beaches such as Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice beach. A bit longer distance to Siesta Key yet worth the drive. (45 minutes) The golf courses in Rotonda are very nice and just a few minutes from this location. This is also a nice neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend this condo and location.

Beautiful Duplex

Beautifully decorated and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The patio area and canal in the backyard were great places to watch the sunrise. Host was very responsive. Central location near many beaches and islands. I highly recommend staying here.

On the way to our new home

Our friends joined us to help us move to Florida. We stayed in this VRBO until we could move into our new home. The home was very nice and clean and decorated beautifully. Never found the remote for the master bedroom tv and the lock on the front door was kind of wonky but overall or stay was very nice.

West Rotunda

Outstanding, the home is basically new. Wonderfully decorated, very clean and all consumables provided, paper products, soaps, dishwasher pods, detergents etc… The host provided the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO stay. I’ve been at several VRBO stays and all have been great, this one is number one.
