Our Smoke Free house is located 5 miles from Sharky's on the Beach.
Cozy, newly remodeled, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Brand new water softener system has been installed. House has been recently updated to make you feel comfortable and accommodate to your needs. Living Room and Master Bedroom just received a new furniture to make your stay enjoyable. Heated pool makes a swim enjoyable. Two out of the three bedrooms have TVs in them and queen size beds. Third bedroom has full bed with a pull out twin on the bottom. Living room has 60 inch tv for your viewing pleasure. Wireless less internet is provided. Caged big pool has nice open area for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Gas grill is provided. Fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will ever need. Big table in dinning room seats 6 to make you feel comfortable during your meals.
Shopping centers with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gas stations are located minutes away from the house.
Shamrock Park & Nature Center is 1 mile away, Downtown Venice is 10 minutes away. Siesta Key is 30 minutes away. Enjoy your vacation in paradise!

The pool was super clean and very warm the house was very clean and welcoming. I would def stay here again and would recommend to anyone thinking about going to the Venice area!

Great place to stay

I stayed here for 3 nights in October. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Close enough to the main road to be convenient to get to anything but quiet enough to hear nothing but nature when you sit out by the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is great and having a private heated pool was a great plus. Located within 10 -15 minutes of beaches was very convenient. We had an excellent stay and will definitely book here again.
