Villa Rosa–Luquillo sits right on the beach—step out back and you’re immediately on the soft sand with the clear-blue ocean just beyond.

This spacious 3-story home offers plenty of room to spread out and soak in the beauty of Puerto Rico. Inside you’ll find 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, plus 2 large porches where you can relax and take in the views.

A 3-night minimum is required over Holidays. Events are allowed, but there is a fee to host an event at the property.

This is a self-catering property, designed to keep costs low while still providing a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your vacation.

Items We Provide:
Bath towels, Beach towels (feel free to bring extras if you prefer), Bedding, Dishes, Pots and pans, Glasses and cups, Iron and ironing board, Starter paper towel and starter toilet paper (please add more to your shopping list if needed), Two trash bags

Items You’ll Need to Bring or Purchase:
Laundry detergent (HE only) and fabric softener, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath soap, Body lotion, Toothpaste, Other personal toiletries, Additional toilet paper, Additional paper towels, Additional trash bags

Pets are allowed; there is a $35/night fee per pet and an additional cleaning fee of $100. Bringing a pet without paying the additional fees will result in the fees being doubled.
1. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. AFTER SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN, USE THE OUTSIDE SHOWER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND.

3. DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS TO THE BEACH.

4. DO NOT TAKE DISHES, CUTLERY, OR STEMWARE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE BEACH.

5. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE.

6. TURN OFF ALL A/C WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE FOR THE DAY.

7. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

8. NO PETS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION AND PAYING ADDITIONAL PET FEE.

9. TO AVOID ANTS, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AND PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE CLOSED CONTAINER IN THE KITCHEN.

10. FEEL FREE TO USE THE LIBRARY BUT DO NOT TAKE THE BOOKS WHEN YOU LEAVE.

11. MAKE SURE THE FRONT GATE IS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP OUT STRAY ANIMALS.

12. DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS, AND DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE.

13. A $350.00 RE-KEY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.

14. PLEASE PLACE ALL USED DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE DISHWASHER AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

15. NO EVENTS WITHOUT PAYING THE EVENT FEE. ONLY THE GUESTS STAYING AT THE PROPERTY ARE ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED IF THE EVENT FEE HAS NOT BEEN PAID.

16. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE HOT TUB IS TURNED OFF WHEN NOT IN USE AND ESPECIALLY BEFORE GOING TO BED.

17. KEEP THE DOORS SHUT TO KEEP THE HOUSE COOL AND INSECTS OUT. THIS INCLUDES THE DOOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR STAIRWAY AND BEDROOMS.

18. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE....ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!
