Great condo! It's clean, bright, quiet, and right across the street from the beach. The rooftop terrace is definitely the best spot in the house. It has a constant ocean breeze and fantastic views.The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful, and give you tons of restaurant and excursion recommendations. Everything is close by and easy to get to. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great location and really great property. Very clean and as advertised! Had a lot of staples in the kitchen making cooking easy. Pool area was nice, on smaller side but is a small condo property so not many people in the pool and had mostly to ourselves. Plenty of room for the family and the terrace was amazing. My only recommendation to the owner is for additional living room seating!

Gorgeous property in a very local location with amazing restaurants without lots of tourists. Seven Seas Beach is wonderful and hiking on to Hidden Beach was the best… we had the very best experience staying in Kevin’s villa… the terrace was magical!

We paid more than we typically do, but it was because of the property location and amenities. We could walk to the beach, yet had gated access to park a rental car for longer trips. The terrace is a selling point and we loved it for dinners when the breeze came through. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and packing lunches to go. We took advantage of the washer and dryer half way through our trip and for the large beach towels which were provided. Truly appreciated having a rolling ice chest and beach chairs, although most of the straps had broken for carrying backpack style and the zippers were stuck. We were very close to the marina where we took a boat to Icacos. Only a few miles drive to explore El Yunque trials and waterfalls. The kiosks of Luquillo were fun and La Parilla was an excellent place for dinner. Also ate at Estacion as recommended by others. Other than that, we did our meals at the condo after shopping at nearby Pueblo market. Overall, it was a wonderful base for our first trip to Puerto Rico!

We had a wonderful time. The villa was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The location worked well for us with several jogging routes. The underrated place is the nature preserve! This has several hiking options and the beaches were gorgeous.

Everything about our experience with this property was amazing. The host had great communication regarding property details, directions to villa, restaurant choices, beaches to visit, and nearby excursions. The villa was spotless when we arrived and had provisions for everything we needed. The locals were very friendly, and we hope to return one day in the future.
