Overall pretty bad. Will not be booking again. Room was terrible. Furniture was disguising. Staff were not helpful. Our fridge was in our living room. Communication was so bad. Thankfully our kids enjoyed their time at the beach bc the room was not at all good or what it appears online.

We had a wonderful time. Great balcony view and it was well situated for easy access to the beach. The indoor pool and hot tub was much appreciated extras.

I wouldn’t stay at this condo again. Of course, the beach aspect was great BUT the condo has MANY rules (which are posted everywhere) that are enforced by the “security”. I have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for many years and have never had condo security approach me several times regarding minor “offenses” such as having a drink beside the pool or leaving my sand filled beach cart outside my condo room. The pool was disgusting the first day we were there but was fixed the next day by staff. Apparently, the jets were not working and there was nasty particles floating everywhere. It did not feel as relaxing as all other trips I’ve experienced.

Property was nice and convenient but management was terrible. You could not go anywhere on the property without wrest bands. Also, no visitors on the property allowed. This is the only place we have ever rented that was no visitors allowed. Second night on the property we received a noise complaint at 9:15 for chairs sliding on the porch, quiet time is a 10:00 p.m. To add, chairs were super heavy and hard to pick up. If you don't prefer a jail like experience then this place is not for you!

We will: - Confirm the wristband and visitor policies, where they’re posted, and whether they were clearly communicated before arrival. - Investigate the noise complaint (time, source, and who reported it) and review how it was handled. - Inspect the porch furniture and replace or modify anything that creates excessive noise or is difficult to move. - Update signage and pre-arrival messaging if policies or quiet hours need clearer explanation. Please send any additional details or photos through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. I’m sorry your visit felt like a poor fit and appreciate the chance to address these issues.

Perfect beach vacation

Our condo was great and the view was awesome! The condo had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to dine on the balcony.

Great Family Vacation

The property was well maintained and clean. Pool was nice. Short boardwalk to the beach. Condo in the middle of great restaurants. Our family stayed in 3 condos for the week and we all had a wonderful time.

Highly recommend this oceanfront condo!

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor kiddie pool (connected to the regular pool) was great for my 1 and 3 year old. We could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony every morning. It’s in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and Walmart. The building and amenities were really clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Will Book Again

The pools and beach access are perfect, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. The balcony view was awesome, saw dolphins every morning. The balcony bars were small enough in width my 1 year old could crawl out with us without risk of falling. Couldn’t ask for a better condo to book for the whole family.
