Come to Sun Valley and get away to an Elkhorn corner unit condo. Enjoy a sunny southwest exposure, cathedral ceilings, and a wrap around porch. The condo has 3 beds and 3 full baths. Parking is available outdoors in front of condo. Spacious master bedroom is upstairs. Living areas and two other bedrooms are downstairs.
Guests can also enjoy the Elkhorn pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, which are a ~5 minute drive from the condo.
UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED IN 2024! NEW KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES, NEW RADIANT HEAT THROUGHOUT DOWNSTAIRS AND MASTER BATH. NEW WASHER AND DRYER. COMPLETELY REMODELED BATHROOMS. NEW FURNITURE THROUGHOUT. (REMODEL IS SO FRESH THAT PHOTOS DON'T INLUDE ALL NEW ART AND FURNITURE CURRENTLY BEING INSTALLED.)
