Wildflower Condos are considered the most deluxe SV complex. Our second floor unit is very quiet, the furthest condo away from the small access road. You will enjoy a serene setting with private views away from noise.

RENTERS MUST BE OVER 30 YEARS OLD & QUIET
DO NOT BRING A DOG/PET & please do not ask me if I can make an exception as the Condo Assoc. forbids renters to have pets & will evict you!

FIRE EXIT STAIRS located through door in Master Bedroom and only use for emergency. Fire extinguisher underneath kitchen sink & immediately outside front door in cabinet.

CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES for RENTERS:
NO DOGS, NO ANIMALS - no exceptions.
NO BBQ's; NO CANDLES; NO SMOKING anywhere on property including balconies & lobby
NO GUNS or Sporting Equipment inside Condo/Lobby.
No dangerous devices, no drones or chemicals inside or outside the condo.
Plenty of open parking available all outdoors. Trailers, motor homes, boats, campers, etc, cannot park on premises, but can unload temporarily.
Cars may not block walkways/entrances - will be towed.
Park bikes in racks provided outside.
Do not hang laundry outside.
Skis-Sport Equipment etc stored only in lobby lockers provided- not inside condo or in hallways.
QUIET after 9PM

Condo is NOT Childproof. Owner CANNOT be responsible for childproofing.
