We are Don & Judi Phillips and we have owned vacation rental properties in the Branson area since 2010 and Quiet Cottage is one of our properties. We came to Branson on a family vacation in 2009 and fell in love with the area. We have 3 daughters, all married with 8 grandchildren. Our entire family loves all the Branson Area has to offer, we enjoy the lake with our wake/surf boat and all the other activities that Branson affords.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Pointe Royale and all the amenities available to our guests. Pointe Royale is a gated community that gives you a secure feeling as soon as you enter the resort. We liked that our guests could swim outdoors and as the season changed they could swim at the indoor pool as well. When we found this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with a large open floor plan and 1800 sq. ft., we knew we had to have it. We were so excited to find a walk in property and knew that it would provide vacationers that home away from home feeling we all look for. It was important for us to have a place close to the strip, the lake, the landing, and Silver Dollar City.

What makes this property unique

The walk-in unit offers those who would rather avoid the stairs an opportunity to enjoy the Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom on the main level. This unit is large and allows you to bring the whole clan to enjoy the sights and sounds of Branson Missouri. In addition, we want you to be able to bring your pet with you on your Branson getaway, just check our pet policy and you should be good to go.
