Late summer openings & Low May rates. Beautiful Pointe Royale,4 bdrm/3 bth condo

Beautiful Pointe Royale resort in Branson. A lovely landscaped property. Our 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms condo is owned and managed by us. We are available to ensure our guests have a wonderful time. If you have a Question, just call us. Our numbers are listed several places in the condo.

In 2025 many new fire safety laws were in place. In the condo entry there is required information for our guests.

The condo is comfortably updated Including all new mattresses. Also, our great location is just a short walk to Lake Taneycomo, BBQ/Picnic and playground area. Located 10 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 17 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The Pointe is well away from the heavy traffic but close to everything Branson.

As in most 3 or more bedroom properties in Branson, the condo entrance is on second floor of building. Just upstairs from parking lot. Inside the condo, the main floor has living room, dining area, kitchren, laundry closet, master bedroom with master bathroom, plus the arch window bedroom and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs (3rd floor of building) are 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bathroom.

At the condo, you are a short walk or ride to the Clubhouse, where you can eat breakfast or lunch, splash around in the indoor or outdoors pools, unwind in the hot tub, or work out in the workout facilities. A summer time Tiki Bar is open in the pools area. Spend the day at the pools! Our major problem is trying to get the grandchildren out of the pools.

The condo has washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Handy if you spend the days at the pools. Enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TVs. Stay connected with the free Hi-speed internet. Work from here if you must.

The kitchen has just about everything you need, from the range, refrigerator, dishwasher and many pans, glass cookware to manu dishes and utensils. There are 2 dining areas, kitchen table for 4 and dining area table for 8.
The back patio has a lovely view of the Ozark Mountains and a glimpse of Lake Taneycomo. This is our favorite place for coffee in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. We love to watch the many water fowl that liven up the view, too.

In the 3 bathrooms, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Stay cool with the updated air conditioning, warm up with the heating. Our condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Praisefest

There were 4 couples that stayed and it was very accommodating. We attended a local southern gospel praisefest at the mansion theater. Took 20 minutes or more (depending on traffic) to get there. Catherine was very communicative as we had questions and some minor things to which she responded to in excellent fashion.We would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was very clean. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable. Convient to everything. Owner was easy to get a hold of very accomodating, helpful and pleasant to talk with. Plenty of cooking utinsils and dishes to prepare meals for all of us . Enough furniture for us to visit and connect, also play board games at tables. We were a family of 3 couples and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this rental.

Memorial Weekend get away

The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating when we needed to change our date. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is an easy walk to the lake for fishing and an easy drive into Branson sites and activities. If I had one complaint, it is that there isn’t a pantry or enough cabinets for putting food away but we made it all work. We have 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will stay again.

Cozy beautiful view

Our state was very lovely and cozy. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for getting to anywhere that we wanted to go within a reasonable distance. The resort had great amenities with the pool and the tennis courts. The condo was set up great for a family where everybody could have their own room and still come together in a nice family area with a beautiful view. We ran into a couple little unexpected issues that happen for every homeowner, but the owners were fantastic and took care of it immediately. I would 100% stay there again. The condo owners were very attentive and provided quick resolution and the house was beautiful.

Best Time!

To have a 4 bedroom condo, with three having king beds was awesome. Location was excellent which included a very short walk to Taney Como. Grandson caught his first Trout. Coordinating with the hosts were very easy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Would stay there again. Thank you.

Labor Day Weekend in Branson

Condo was everything we expected. The location is great-close to all our favorite places in Branson. The place was very clean and everyone had their own bedroom. Owners were very good to work with and great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay a little outside Branson

Great stay overall. The property is clean, spacious and had all amenities that I would have wanted. Cons are minor and situational like the pool being extremely crowded or long lines at the front gate to get into the development (I stayed in August 2023 so crowds are expected.) There was a minor miscommunication on the part of the owner prior to check-in and they sent a gift basket to make up for it which was unexpected and nice.

This condo is in a private community with lots of amenities: river, hiking trail, pool, pickleball, golf. Just a had great time with the family. Venues are a short drive away and easily accessible. Definitely felt welcome by the communication with the owner. She is fantastic.

Familty trip to Branson

The condo was just like the pictures, maybe better! my older son and his family (grandsons 3&7) took the upstairs bedrooms and sitting room. Lot's of space and removed from hustle and bustle when quiet time came. My single younger son had his own room main level and my wife and i had the master suite, on the other side of the condo. Grandkids tended to gravitate to the enclosed sun room in the morning as we prepared for our active days. Away from chaos that is Branson we planned activities through early afternoon and loved the pool late afternoon/evening. Everyone was so friendly at Pointe Royal we felt like owners. Can't say enough good things about this trip and accommodations!

Branson Vacation 2023

Once again our stay was perfect. The facility was just the right size for our family of 6 and we actually has extra room. Having access to the golf course and pool was a plus. The kids love swimming. The extra items provided make the stay easier—beach towels, laundry pods and dryer sheets. I am definitely a puzzle lover so my family enjoyed working a puzzle that was also provided. The covered patio was perfect for early morning coffee. Definitely plan to return in the future.

We love to visit the Ozarks in Spring and Fall. Such beautiful times. The rose buds and dogwoods are beautiful in spring. Fall colors in the Ozark Mountains are amazing. Also, In the spring and fall, the summer crowds and traffic are absent.

All attractions are family friendly and Branson residents are super nice. Many new great attractions for families are added every year. Our grandchildren love it here.

Christmas shopping in Branson is fantastic. So many great stores. Our favorite is the Tanger Mall but the Branson Landing is great too.

Why they chose this property

The Pointe is close to everything and actually in the City of Branson. Pointe Royale is beautifully landscaped and close to Branson's attractions yet out of the worst traffic areas. Many of the newer developments are buildings surrounded by concrete/asphalt with little open space or are several miles from Branson in other towns.

What makes this property unique

Many extra amenities. We continually update our condo. Our favorite area is the sunroom with a great view of the Ozark Mountain hillside and is a restful place to have our morning coffee. We have updated air conditioning. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and open areas. All of our 4 beds are European Style for extra comfort and no lost items under the beds. The loft den seating area comfy chairs and a TV.

Some condos in Branson experience flooding - our condo has never flooded and sits well above Lake Taneycomo but is just a short walk to the Lake. My husband frequently plays golf at the beautiful Pointe Royale golf course.

Many who stay at our condo like to fly fish and like our condo location next to Lake Taneycomo's upper reach where trout are stocked. Within a short drive is a shoppers' paradise - Tanger mall, the wonderful Branson Landing and old downtown Branson. Of course, Branson is famous for shows. Some guests go to as many as 3 shows per day - with over 50 shows to choose from, you can never see them all. There are so many things to do in Branson. Bring comfortable walking shoes to explore or have a relaxing book reading get away, but either way, have a comfortable well appointed place to return to at night! We look forward to having you!

There are great trails within 5 minutes of our condo. The paved Table Rock Lakeshore Trail begins by the Visitors Center near Table Rock Dam. The difficult White River Valley Trail System is a favorite for hikers and mountain bikers. Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area is also a challenging set of hiking trails.
