This amazing and beautiful 4 bedrooms, two living rooms and 2.5 bathrooms house was built in June of 2007 in the Chapel Grove community. A family home with upstairs and downstairs. All sleeping areas are upstairs and common area downstairs.This house was recently remodeled: new hard wood floor, new carpets, appliances & furnishings. It's central location close proximity to I-485 & I-85 connectors. It is 5.4 mi away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 2.9 mi from U.S. Exit 12 on I-485 and Exit 29 on I-85. National Whitewater Center and 12 mi from downtown Charlotte. It perfect for vacationers and business travelers alike.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all trash in the gray garbage bin at the back of the house. Remove and place all the bed sheets, pillows cases in the laundry room Please do not remove the mattress cover from the beds
Please press the lock button on the door while on your way out. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding .
Any dirty dishes, please put in the dishwasher and add the soap that is under the sink start it while on your way out. Turn off the lights before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do Not alter or tamper with Security system, if you do, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Please, No Smoking! No House Party!
No Pet Allow!!! Avoid parking on the street!!!! Guest(s) are only allow to be accompanied by members of the party-No additional visitor who is allowed
