This amazing and beautiful 4 bedrooms, two living rooms and 2.5 bathrooms house was built in June of 2007 in the Chapel Grove community. A family home with upstairs and downstairs. All sleeping areas are upstairs and common area downstairs.This house was recently remodeled: new hard wood floor, new carpets, appliances & furnishings. It's central location close proximity to I-485 & I-85 connectors. It is 5.4 mi away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 2.9 mi from U.S. Exit 12 on I-485 and Exit 29 on I-85. National Whitewater Center and 12 mi from downtown Charlotte. It perfect for vacationers and business travelers alike.

Queen City Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home in Charlotte. The house was exactly as described spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. Each bedroom was well-appointed with comfortable beds and fresh linens, and the common areas were great for relaxing.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Vols Duke Mayo Classic

Vol fans visiting Charlotte for the Dukes Mayo Classic vs NC State. House was clean, lots of room, plenty of bedrooms, master BR was awesome. Host did an amazing hob communicating and everything was super easy and as advertised. Added bonus is being so close to the National Whitewater Center. Will stay again the next time we head to Charlotte!!

Didnt like the fact my guests had guest that visit only the owner was trying to charge extra make it seem we had extra guest which was not true. The owner tried to cancel the reservation and called the police lie and say we was disturbing the peace which was not true the police couldnt do nothing. The owner keep blowing up my phone and my brothers phone trying to scam. Overall loved the house. Prefer more privacy not in neighborhood area houses to close to each other.

I am sorry that guest LaToya was not honest about the number of guests that were accompanying her. She brought over nine people when she booked for only 5 guests. She Kept the home very dirty and overstayed. We cancelled her stay because she broke the rules. Lots of people and loud music in the neighborhood. I do not recommend LaToya to any host and I will not host her again.
