Come and enjoy with family or friends the various activities offered on the site (heated collective swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September, tennis courts, petanque, playgrounds for children).
Located 10 minutes walk from the Plage de la Parée, you will also have a small shopping center in the condominium where you can find a bakery, butcher-delicatessen-caterer, creperie and a pizzeria/snack.
The house consists of a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom with cupboard with 1 double bed 140, a 2nd bedroom with cupboard composed of 2 twin single beds and 1 bunk bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; television.
A south-facing terrace awaits you (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue) with awning and on the other side direct access to a large green area. Private parking space.
The cycle path (Vendée littoral) is 600m away.
10 km from St Gilles Croix de Vie and 18 km from Les Sables d'Olonne.
Ideal for a weekend of surfing with friends (5 minutes from the famous surf spots of Bretignolles) or for a few days with the family (absolute calm, proximity to the sea...)

Short-stay, weekly, or fortnightly rental.
Reservation 1 week mandatory (7 nights) minimum in July and August from Saturday to Saturday.

-Pets not allowed. Non-smoking rental.
-Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. Optional end-of-stay cleaning possible (+80€) depending on availability. Tourist tax not included.
