This peaceful residence comprises small villas with large green spaces and offers numerous amenities for the whole family: a shared heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), outdoor play areas, a tennis court and ping-pong table, and a pétanque court. On the edge of the residence, you'll find a mini-market, bakery, snack bar, and restaurant. The house consists of a pleasant, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two ground-floor bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed and the other with two 90cm single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a private patio, ideal for al fresco dining, with garden furniture, a griddle, and a canvas pergola.
