Girls trip

We had 12 stay here and the place was perfect for us! Loved the massage chair and hot tub! Had enough space for all of us to sit and visit. The sound machine was a great touch!

Absolutely wonderful!

This is probably the best house we’ve ever stayed in! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The best well stocked I’ve ever seen. Even had kitchen items one rarely sees like flour and sugar. Host checked in regularly and was quick to answer questions. We even had a brief power outage due to storms and host reported it immediately and got back to us with updates. Highly recommend this house!

Great family getaway

We came up to go to Mall of America for a few days and this house was amazing for us! We loved getting to stay with multiple generations of our family and get up to have breakfast together before heading off to the mall. This house was about a 20-25 minute drive from mall. We enjoyed the property and exploring during down times, relaxing in the hot tub after shopping all day, and kids playing with the many supplied toys and activities! The host was very welcoming and the property was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Perfect location

The property was amazing. They thought of everything from the coffee bar, games and toys for kids, everything was well stocked and ready for us. There was plenty of space for our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids). The view of the river was fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tub and patio. We felt like we had our own little oasis yet only 20 min from Minneapolis. Couldn’t ask for much more! We’d love to come back and stay here again!!

13 Friends, girls get away. Everyone had an actual bed. Super organized and clean. The most detailed amenities, everything from Qtips to charging stations to full spice rack to convenience fans in bedrooms. We did not want for anything.

Perfect for Adults & Kids

The house was exactly as described and we loved our stay! There was plenty of room for the adults to hang out and the kids to play. The kitchen was a little tight, but literally had everything we needed including basic spices, condiments, aluminum foil, wine glasses, etc. Truly appreciated the detail and thought that went into kitchen organization and supplies! Communication with the property manager was very concise and timely throughout our stay. We also loved the huge dining room table, would be such a great spot to set up a little formal dinner! We also spotted turkeys across the river which was fun for the little ones to see.

Great house with a beautiful view

We traveled with a group of 10 individuals and always look for a place with lots of bedrooms/beds to accommodate. This was JUST the place! There was so much space for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds! (the listing was accurate which doesn't always happen) and lots of great activities to fill our downtime. The house had everything labeled...which is SUPER helpful and great descriptive pictures/instructions for using the hot tub! We loved everything about this place and even had people in our group title it the "mansion." We can only imagine how much better it would be in the summer time with the river running right behind it!!

Walking in such a warm feeling of goodness. Everything was perfect. The kitchen and placement was very detailed and labeled. We didn't have anything we needed and plenty of space for all. The Host was amazing and quick in response. I have rented many places and this is now in my TOP 3 and I will be returning. Didn't overcharge crazy fees or cleaning. If this house was ever for sale I would buy it in a heart beat that is how much we loved it!

Amazing place

We had four families staying here for the USA Cup soccer tournament. This house was much bigger than we thought when we booked. Amazing view of the river. Everything one could think you’d need when traveling with a large group, this house has. Our stay was great. The only thing, lock your car doors and your belongings. Someone got into our cars at 4am and took several items. The owners and property manager were very helpful and attentive to the situation. While the situation made us a bit uncomfortable, particularly at night and when we left for a soccer game, overall the stay was great. We’d definitely rent again.

We have never had that happen before. A great reminder to lock vehicles because even the safest neighborhood can be affected negatively by one person. Thanks again for staying at Riverview!

Excellent house for big group

My sister and I both live out of state but met at this house for a family vacation together. The house was perfect for our party of 15. Lots of room so that we weren’t always on top of each other. Kids can play downstairs out of the way, and the play kitchen was awesome for my 2yr old. The living room was great for the adults to hang out in. Lots of room at the table for everyone to eat. Outside areas were wonderful. (Loved seeing the Baltimore orioles and their nest out the window!) Easy to prepare food in the kitchen and on the grill. Lots of extras were thought of to make this a really comfortable stay. Communication was excellent. The only suggestion I’d have is to have a curtain rod with curtain for the futon room to have some privacy. We loved it. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great Family Stay on the Mississippi,15 Minutes to Downtown Minneapolis

This is a wonderful property with plenty of rooms and space to enjoy each other, yet space enough to spend time away from each other if you need quiet time. We spent lots of time outside (very few bugs!!!) on a wonderful patio set on the sturdy deck overlooking the Mississippi while enjoying glasses of wine and cards. The hot tub worked great and was a lot of fun. Great bedding, choice of pillows - everthing was very comfortable. The massage chair was a hoot - plus it helped soothe sore feet after dancing all night at a wedding. Location is great - it's incredibly easy to get into downtown and right around the corner from Top Golf. We'd like to have done more activities on the river itself, but time didn't permit. Lots to see and do there, though, and the host left detailed lists of activities/sights. Highlights - it's clear the hosts care deeply about their guests. The amenities were better than in any home we've visited. From the sweet welcome note and HUGE bag of Skinny Pop to greet us, to feminine supplies under the bathroom sinks to the phone plug ins in the bedrooms, the sound machines, and good towels, this home was a hit. The fridge was stocked with condiments so we didn't have to bother buying full bottles when we'd only use a bit - the hosts even had eggs in the refrigerator for us! The fully stocked coffee bar with coffees, teas and hot chocolate (which included both a frother and creamer in the fridge) was spectacular, and what a great idea to have a water dispenser right by for cold AND hot water. The awesome selection of cards and games along with the availability of foosball and darts could keep families and friends busy for hours. Do not expect new, but expect extremely well taken care of - cleaning done extremely well down to the shiny glass lights in the bathrooms and the clear panels on the upper deck (which in most places have finger prints and bug juice on them - not at this place!). The home has a super cool 60's vibe. We loved it and the stone/granite incorporated throughout the house. The only thing I'd say to be conscious of is if you have an older or disabled person in the home, there are a lot of steps up and down into sunken living rooms, bedrooms, and such but that's part of the lovely 1960's vibe. The host was extremely responsive and great at communicating. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here if the property is available.We miss it already!

Excellent space for a large gathering and wonderful to be both right on the river but convenient to the greater area. One challenge if you have older individuals in your party is that there are quite a few steps downs into rooms and stairs to navigate. Thank you for a great place!!

Stayed here with friends for my wife's 40th BDay. The house was perfect! Lots of room for everyone. The hot tub, fireplace and Foosball table were a hit. Close to some fun activities such as Top Golf and local bars(shout out to "The Well Sports Bar") Communication with property manager was spot on! Definitely stay here for a weekend away, it was perfect!
