House was set up perfectly for a family stay! And the fenced backyard was such a bonus for those with a doggo! Great neighborhood close to everything! Very clean home, comfy beds. Loved that someone quickly shoveled after the snow! Only two suggestions - kitchen seems to be lacking some basic supplies (measuring cups/spoons) and there was information about composting but we did not find a composting container inside. It was unclear where to put such items unless we were expected to take them outside each time? But otherwise the stay was amazing! Thank you!

The home was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couches for reading and relaxing in the evenings.The owner communicated excellently before and during the stay which was appreciated as I was driving a long distance for this stay and knowing details about my arrival was great. The backyard being fenced was an plus and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood where I could walk my dog. It was close to amenities and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if traveling for work in the same area!

The house was AMAZING! Even though there was an amazing tv/entertainment center in a very cozy downstairs living room, we spent our time visiting upstairs on the couches. The kitchen was enviable with professional looking appliances, but we never used them as we preferred food delivery services for this trip. The beds were extremely comfortable. The steam shower in the basement was an extra treat! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and not once did I feel unsafe. It was fun seeing the squirrels running back and forth across the street looking for bundles to store away. The location was perfect for easy access to multiple road arteries to get to other places in the city. The hosts were top notch. Very responsive. I appreciated them wanting to know the "why" behind the stay and the questions they asked about who was staying. I would want to know the same. I would definitely stay here again.

Had Grands with us-fenced in back yard and Waite Park with wading pool across the street perfect! Open basement stairs with crawling baby kept us on our toes.

Plenty of Room/Great Location

This property was perfect for our multi-aged family to use - lots of bedrooms and beds and plenty of living space! The yard was fenced for our dog, as well. The neighborhood is quiet, a nice area about 10-15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The kids in our trip were especially excited for the playground and (free) wading pool across the street! Joe was very helpful with booking our stay and making sure things were clear and positive for our trip. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Minneapolis area.

Our stay in MN was wonderful! The house provided a quaint place to gather with good friends. The two floors allowed our families to keep our normal routines. The location of the house was great for our needs. The host was professional and quick to communicate. There were a few frustrations: the bunk bed in the basement was a bit unsafe, a missing smoke detector in a bedroom basement, a few unclean dishes, and a pair of undies in one of the beds.
