This 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms single family home with a private backyard and patio is close to Zion (60min), Sand Hollow Reservoir (20 min) Las Vegas (90 min)! Trails for mountain biking, jogging, hiking and exploring. Downtown 10 minute drive and has a chill nightlife vibe with some fabulous restaurants. There's so much to do here it's an adventure everyday!

I love Southern Utah and fell in love with the Saint George area, it has so much to offer! There are outdoor recreation areas to enjoy year round in each direction. From boating, kayaking and water sports, to hiking, off roading, and mountain biking, just to name a few.
