Brand new home on stilts in a central location of town with ample parking for your truck/trailer/boat. Up the side stairs to the front of the home, you will see the outdoor seating on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Upon entering this home, you will see the open living area with a large couch, TV, Wi-Fi, cable, and 2 accent chairs. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 stools at the bar. The full kitchen will meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, white appliances, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and a closet. The guest room (BR2) has a Queen bed, and closet and shares a hall bath with the bunk room with a tile tub/shower unit. The master bedroom (BR3) has a Queen bed, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tile tub/shower unit. Bring your family and the boat and come enjoy everything Port A has to offer.

Great Location

We enjoyed the home and location. If I could add some suggestions, they would be, add tv in bedrooms, add hangers in closets, larger dresser in bedrooms for longer stay storage. Also trampoline style seating on porch is not for adults. I would recommend to stay here. Just wanted to offer some feedback!

Easy trip to the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The place is new so it is fairly clean. We were told we could check in early and proceeded to do so, but found some of the cleaning staff sitting around when we opened the door. But they quickly finished and we were able to get in 30 min early which was nice. Truly a great location to everything. The only complaint anyone had was that there was just bare minimum in the kitchen. Overall a good stay! We would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay! Property is fresh and new. Located a short drive to Beach access. Plenty of parking for at least 3 or 4 cars. The porch has furniture and ceiling fans. The house is newer, and while it is adequate, there are no "extras" like we have seen in many previous rentals. The kitchen had the bare minimum, with no extras like casserole pans, pot holders (only 1) or storage containers. No extra pillows or blankets. No games or books in the living room. Not enough seating in the living room. One comfy couch and 2 waiting room style chairs. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean. The showers had good water pressure. There was an outdoor hose for washing off the sand. There did seem to be a bit of a sway to this house on stilts when the wind blew, but my husband assured me that it was perfectly safe. Plenty of room for 8 guests. Beach Life is Great!

Port A 21

Overall this was a great house in the heart of Port A. Close access to everything in town and a fun location. The wording in the property description indicated the house rental included a golf cart but it does not. When I inquired I was told it included a discounted price from that management company. The issue was when I found out the cart wasn't included they were already out of carts. Aside from that this was a great property.
