3 Bed/2.5 Bath 1450 sq ft with Large Open Floor Plan, 3 Min Walk to Beach

Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A large open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grill, charcoal grill, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Enjoy YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) with recently updated public access.

We had such a great stay. Very clean, and very well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped. I didn’t realize how close the beach access was, it is not even an easy 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy walk to the beach

This is a lovely home with a very easy to be in living space. Spacious kitchen and nice big table to eat at. There’s a deck just outside the family room that was great for morning coffee. We walked to the beach several days and the access was just a few houses down, a short walk away. Just a short drive to grocery stores and several restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay was good. Glitch with key pad entry which wasn’t pre set for us. Took a bit to straighten out. Only gripe really was the dirty shower liner in the hall bathroom. It was moldy and it hung into the tub. Took advantage of the easy access to the ocean!

Welcome to Emerald Isle! Jacob and I are so excited to own our little piece of sand in Emerald Isle. I've grown up spending summers on the island and my mother lives full-time in Atlantic Beach. We love all that the area has to offer with great food, cute shops, and friendly folks. We live full-time in Raleigh and have three grown daughters. We are hoping to make Emerald Isle our full-time residence one day. We are delighted to have you as our guest! Wendi

Why they chose this property

The half-duplex has plenty of room to spread out and is perfect for entertaining. The top level is a great room with comfortable seating for large crowds, a large open kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table, and an outdoor deck with seating. Prepare a low country boil or cook steaks on the gas or charcoal grill because everything you need in a kitchen is provided. The lower level (2nd floor) has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 king, 2 twin), 2 full bathrooms, and a covered deck area. I personally enjoy my morning coffee from here while listening to the birds. The lower level (ground level) has an outdoor shower, seating area, a large storage room, and covered parking for 3 vehicles.
