Very clean and updated condo. Right on the beach. Easy parking. Elevator makes the third floor access easy. We would easily book this condo again.

Spacious condo on the beach.

The condo was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Two full bathrooms! Very convenient check in process with plenty of luggage carts available. 3 pools and a little bar downstairs. Very family friendly.

Awesome as always!

I have stayed at this particular rental before. The process is easy, very open communication and always clean! I always try to find this particular rental when I visit specifically because I enjoy the location, property and rental owners so much. Never disappointed!

First timer… last timer

Property location was accurate. The condo is on the beach, the room was clean and full linens were furnished. The condo was very dated, internet access was very poor outside of the condo. The elevators were very poor. One was broke the whole time we were there except for the last day. When the elevator did start working it was very questionable, the door rubbed on the enclosure. It was a scary ride as well

Pool/other guests issue

Small community feel & everyone is friendly. This year there were some older ladies (55 - 60-ish) & they asked us to leave the pool because my kids were playing and splashing. I understand that some people are just there to get away but so are me & my children. There were other kids in the pool & they left with their parents too. It was just uncomfortable & rude. Other than that, it was good. The construction next door was blowing into the pool, too. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the small community atmosphere and found everyone to be friendly. Those are reasons we love our little beach town and love to share it with visitors. We're sorry to hear about the pool incident with the other building guests and the neighboring construction inconvenience – that's definitely not the experience we want for our guests and hope you'll come stay with us again for your next beach getaway. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

The unit was clean and well kept up. Pretty charming actually. Hard woid floors going up and and into the bedroom. The king bed was comfortable. I wish it had had blackout curtains because the sun shines pretty bright in the morning, but we did put a blanket over the whole thing so it was OK . We knew ahead of time we weren’t getting much of a view. You pretty much have to lean over the railing and look to the left to see the beach. However, there was a nice view about 2 blocks away where you could clearly see the beach, waves, even a pier.. if you like cars, you’ll love this unit because you’re practically over the highway next-door to the unit and you can see all the fancy cars coming down the boulevard. Plenty of tropical ambience A short boardwalk down to awesome beach! There’s a Pickleball court downstairs and I believe three different pools and a snack stand where you can get hamburgers. Drinks! Many kinds! But you gotta pay a lot of money for one and you gotta encourage the person making the drink to actually make it taste like a drink.I paid so much money for 2 shots of 1800 tequila in my margarita. I literally could not even tell there was tequila in it. I’ve never actually drank a margarita with two shots of 1800 tequila and NOT tasted the liquor. She said it was 2 shots. Watered down? Maybe. It’s only ensuring customers don’t come back. She wasn’t friendly and offered no solution. What happened to customer service? Warm personalities only!!! Next time i will BMOB!

Many of the concerns you expressed about the condo would have be addressed by our inspectors. However, you accessed the condo much earlier than the 3pm check-in time that is well stated in many documents. Per our conversation in our office, your dissatisfaction was with the entire area due to the continued repair efforts after Hurricane Sally. We hope you will be able to revisit our beautiful gulf coast in the future.
