Immediate access to the CNPE<br><br>Shops and bakeries 5 minutes away by bike<br><br>The house can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) and provides basic condiments.<br><br>The cosy living room, with dining area and TV, includes a sofa bed prepared for a comfortable sleep (for groups of 5 to 6 people). <br><br>On the ground floor, a small shower room and separate toilets are accessible from the kitchen.<br><br>Upstairs, two carefully decorated bedrooms, equipped with queen-size beds (160x200), are accessible by a staircase (quite steep but safe for children with a gate upstairs).<br>Baby facilities available on request (2 cots, high chair, changing cushion, stroller). <br><br>The enclosed land offers a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue for a moment of absolute and intimate relaxation.<br><br>Fans and mobile air conditioner in summer.<br><br>Charging station for electric vehicles (paid service on request).<br><br>Secure 🚲 bike room<br><br>The cleaning package includes bed linen, towels and tea towels.<br><br>We are happy to accept pets.
