Pretty Basque-Landes villa on one level, close to all shops (supermarket, petrol, bakery, butcher, burger, pharmacy ..) and ideally located in a quiet green setting 9 km and 10 minutes from the surfing beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor
Air-conditioned T5 villa with only one bedroom upstairs located in a quiet area
Ideal family or several couples.
On the first floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room (Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140, Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160, Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 (with its shower room in the master suite)
Upstairs: Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140 + a shower room
A mezzanine and a 2nd living room summer kitchen with independent access complete the whole

Partly covered south-facing terrace with electric plancha, gas BBQ and garden furniture
A 2nd west-facing terrace will overlook the swimming pool and a fully fenced garden of 600m2 for our 4-legged friends and not overlooked
The swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m) is heated, secure (roller shutter) and fully equipped (sunbeds, beanbag, solar shower...)
A large garden and two beautiful terraces will allow you to relax around the pool and a good plancha
Easy indoor (3 spaces) and outdoor parking

Logement très agréable, calme et climatisé, avec une literie de qualité et une piscine très appréciable. Très bon accueil et prix raisonnable. Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés concernant la propreté, certains équipements manquants et quelques éléments un peu vétustes. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons cet hébergement.
