Where Salt, Sand, Sun and A Little Hangover Are Measures of Success

A luxurious and modern home away from home. This newly constructed and fully furnished rental apartment is immaculate and a must see. Located 1.5 blocks from the beach. The unit is a spacious 3 bedrooms, 1 office (sleeps 7), 2 baths, floor plan including a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans.), 3- 3 x 4 roof windows with views of the ocean.
Private rear deck and fully landscaped yard, patio, grill and outdoor refrigerator, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more).
There is an ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
We provide a free early check in amenity –we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date.
Parking spot.
Unit has 500 HD channels and a 1G WIFI service. (Verizon Fios)
Unit includes bed linens and bath towels.
Plenty of board games for big and small kids
Beach goodness - 4 beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cart.
The only item shared with the other unit is the entrance to the basement (washer dryer location). We painstakingly designed the units to be separated.

Perfect vacation spot!

We had an amazing vacation thanks to the amenities of this house! It was more than you can ask for; clean and modern, enough space for my children and parents to have quality time but have separate spaces; all the beach gear you ever needed; outdoor shower that is both hot and cold; parking space; private patio, bbq and outdoor fridge! You cannot beat the location as it is situated one block from the beach. The family had their best vacation ever here!

Beautiful space & ideal location

Frank (the owner) was extremely helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach supplies and well stocked kitchen. Having the outdoor shower and patio really made a difference. We would definitely rent with Frank again!

Updated and clean with a one block walk to the 10th Ave beach. Lovely and comfortable property with anything you need for a week at the beach including chairs.
