Bonus small rear balcony off bedroom.Galley kitchen, fully equipped (small oven and four burner stove) Dining Table for 3. Condo with Hardwood floors located One block to Ampitheater, and library. 2 Blocks to bookstore, cafes, dining and free concerts and lectures. This is Upstairs. Pets upon approval $350 fee for one pet.

I purchased this Summer condo 6 years ago. After having been a renter for years, I wanted to bring my dogs. So, I needed to find a rental that took pets. I couldn’t find a place that was pet friendly in a neighborhood that I liked, so I bought this condo. My husband and our daughter spend Summers at Chautauqua enjoying concerts , lectures and relaxing by the lake.

I can listen to concerts and rehearsals from the porch. Also, music wafts indoors when I open the windows on cool evenings.
I love to have coffee and tea on the balcony in the morning and watch people walking and riding bikes.

This location is perfect. Close to Methodist House, Presbyterian House. Nice view from porches. The back porch overlooks Lincoln Park.
