Sea Gull Condominiums unit 1001 is a tenth-floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private attached bathroom, and a private patio facing the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a private adjoining patio that faces Corpus Bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures.
The kitchen has the following appliances, Mr. Coffee, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.
You can also enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or the balcony off of the living room. There is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Tile flooring throughout. This Condo sleeps 8.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Perfect family vacation spot

Perfect unit for a family vacation. This is the second time I've rented this unit, and at least a dozen times that I've rented at Sea Gull. Love the location and all the amenities. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

Perfect beachfront property!

We have stayed at quite a few different properties in Port Aransas, but this has just become our favorite. The layout is perfect. The rooms and beds are comfortable. And the view from the bedroom and living room can't be beat. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Great Property

This is a nice, clean, roomy condo with comfortable beds and beautiful view. There is a pool, hot tub and game room on the property. Housekeeping knocked on our door each day around 9 AM and gave us as many towels as we needed, very convenient. Very close to restaurants and the beach.

Vacation with family

We had a very enjoyable time. Perfect location. SeaGull has great amenities and the staff were so kind. Loved getting fresh beach towels daily and the use of the chairs on the beach! Condo was wonderful, very clean and beautiful views from front and back balconies. Beds were comfortable and perfect space for my husband and I, my parents and our 2 adult kids.
