The Sandpiper Condominium's Unit 702 is a beautiful beach front condo. This Unit rents as a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom and is located on the 7th floor. This height offers spectacular views but this condo is way more than just a view!
This unit is wonderfully remodeled and perfect for the beach vacation you are looking for. Decorated with tasteful beach décor and comfortable furnishings this is where you may want to hang your hat for the weekend. The Kitchen is gorgeous! The cabinets are beautiful coastal styled and the granite is so impressive. There are new appliances to accompany this wonderfully designed kitchen. The Living Area has a 40” flat screen TV with a connected DVD player.
The Master Suite is so uniquely put together and really sets you into a relaxed mind set. The King sized bed is inviting and the furnishings help make you feel even more at home. For entertainment in bed, there is a 32” flat screen TV with a connected DVD player. Attached is the Master Bathroom for ultimate privacy. This bathroom is so pretty, the granite counter tops and lovely cabinets really compliment the one-of-a-kind walk in shower.
The Guest Bedroom is completely comfortable for your guests with a comfortable Queen sized bed and crafty beach design. This room has a 26” flat screen TV. The Second Bathroom is attached for convenience and is just as beautiful as the Master only with a full sized bath tub.

The condo was excellent. The reservation/check in process was great. The chair/umbrella option was better than great. The beach was clean. Overall an excellent visit in a beautiful condo.We plan to return in the fall.

Short get away

Our stay was very enjoyable. We went to relax and enjoy the area. Our accommodations were comfortable and the view was spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we would have welcomed more handicap parking, handicap friendly doors on our floor, and an easier option for trash disposal on the same level. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything You Want In A Beachfront Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The views from the balcony are to die for and the beach is just steps away. The decorating is first class and the condo staff is very friendly. You won't be disappointed as your stay will be first class!

This place is absolutely beautiful with the ocean right outside. The walk way it lit up at night if you like to go for an evening stroll. As far as places around it was always like 12 to 15 minutes to get to anything. Overall it was wonderful.

Beautiful Place

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights and we loved our place. The condo is perfectly positioned with a view of the bay. It is very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved our walks on the beach and the proximity to Corpus Christi. The only negative aspect of the condo was the internet access. It was working on and off but outside of that, we would absolutely stay there again.

Exactly as pictured and described!

Our stay at this property was amazing from start to finish. The condo was exactly as pictured-clean, easy check in, and perfect beach location and the view was incredible. We enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong and being able to walk out to a beautiful beach on Mustang Island. Thank you for the memories!!

Girls weekend

Let me start by saying this property and condo were absolutely STUNNING! The staff was amazing, friendly and just FUN! The only thing that I was disappointed in was since it was spring break (and the prices were more for that weekend) we would’ve used the mobile tavern since it was a moms only weekend but that sat the person didn’t open it. Other than that we had a blast with our girls weekend!

Good for Beach Lovers

A view of the ocean, easy beach access with no crowding, and avoiding the heavy traffic of town were the reasons I chose this listing and it did not disappoint! There were little things that go along with a rental - needs a deep cleaning, toaster doesn’t eject toast, etc. but all of these are minor and wouldn’t prevent me from going again. Enjoy!
