About this property

Walk to Beach!

Modern and clean recent construction, just ten minutes walk to Manuel Antonio Beach and right in the middle of a hotspot for monkey crossings! Location is also walking distance to Biesanz Beach, a calm cove perfect for swimming and for children. Walk to Shana by the Sea Resort and purchase a day pass for spa, gym, and pool usage and to many great restaurants. House has a small plunge pool for cooling off too! Because of the steep stairs, we only allow children age 10 and up. No loud music or partying after 10 p.m.. Policies are strictly enforced.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights
Please put your trash in the metal bin to the left of the driveway gate. Trash pick up is Wednesday and Saturday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Please only use air conditioners from 8 p.m.- 8 a.m., and always close doors. AC is very expensive in Costa Rica! Always turn off AC when leaving.
2. Never, even feed or encourage monkeys! They can become very aggressive and have good memories & will harass you! NEVER leave doors open!
3. Neighbors live close! They will call police if you make too much noise after 10 p.m. & you will lose your deposit. No late music or partying.
