Exactly as pictured! Great location on the water. Very close to Provincetown. One thing to note- it’s close to the road so you get some noise from cars but we didn’t mind. Would return!

It was a small bungalow as described, with everything one needs for a great stay. I accidentally locked myself out and one of the owners was there within 10 minutes with a key. There is a lockbox, but I had left the key inside the unit. Highly recommend - great location!

Perfect little getaway!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Location was exactly as advertised. Very clean and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Terra Luna restaurant right down the street was so good we went 2 nights of our 3 night getaway.

The perfect cozy getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a nice long weekend, and we were so thrilled with the place! The cottage is beautiful and cozy, and RIGHT on the beach! The proximity to Provincetown and other attractions near us were perfect, nothing was more than a 10 minute drive for us. We have fallen in love with Cape Cod, and already miss this cozy cottage! Whenever we return, we would be thrilled to stay here again. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Provincetown trip

Everything about this beach house was just perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Location is amazing AC and heat work. Perfect. Great hot water and pressure. Super comfortable bed. Those are all my key points and everything was 10 out of 10 couldn’t be better.

Late Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The house and location was excellent and very convenient to everything in town. We did eat breakfast one morning at the house but then there is so many little place to eat in both towns that we just could not hit them all. The views from the back door where amazing. Thanks

Great getaway!

Steve and Tony’s place was great. The cottage was adorable and well decorated. They had all the basic essentials you would need including a fan for those hotter nights. There was a nice breeze off of the ocean so you really didn’t need a fan or air conditioning. The ocean was right out the back door and the views were amazing. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. If you want to be around the hustle and bustle Provincetown is about a 7 minute drive and worth the visit. I would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here

The place is a shack, like a studio. But it is roomy for 2 people. It is next to the beach and about 10 min from the Cape Cod beaches and bike trails. The neighbor, Pamela and his husband are very nice. We had a great time staying here. The only drawback is that the cars go quite fast on route 6A next to the house. Every time a bus goes by, the side of the house shakes. It woke me up at 12:45am in a Saturday night/Sunday morning. That's probably the last bus during the weekends.

You won't have to worry about being property catfished here everything is beautiful and it looks exactly like it does online. Tony was amazing, perfect communication. Cottage had everything we could have needed. We stayed for 4 day.

Great little cottage steps from the sea. It was close to everything. The host had good recommendations. Tiny kitchen but we made do. Bring K cups for coffee. If you like to read in bed, bring a book light as there is no lighting bedside. It is on a busy road but traffic dies down early.

Very responsive owners. Modern and clean. View cannot be beat. All amenities were comfortable, from comfortable outdoor furniture to bed to towels- all felt very high end. We were not familiar with cape cod style homes they are smaller than even we expected and you’re close to neighbors. However, it all added to the charm and we never felt crowded by anyone as the neighbors were all great. Easy access to Provincetown and national parks too. Thank you for sharing the home!

Perfect Week

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet place on the beach to relax for the week. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading and enjoying the water. Dinners were a short drive to Provincetown or Wellfleet. Tony was very responsive via email. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Cape.
