Very comfortable home and well-outfitted. Nice location with bay view. Peaceful neighborhood when we were there. Near Provincetown for dining shopping, whale watching, dune tours. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was very roomy and clean. We thought it was deceiving as for the distance to the beach. From the photos and verbage, we thought the house was on the sandy beach. For me it was more than 460 steps!!

The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, as the ones provided are older and not very comfortable. Families with young children should note that the bedrooms get very bright early due to sheer curtains. Overall, the house had most of the comforts of home, though a few basic staples were missing.
