The fully equipped kitchen and numerous amenities ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a private courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun just steps from the town center and beaches.

Located 500 m from the sea and the beach, 300 m from shops and the town center; bus station 0.5 km away and Saint-Laurent de la Prée train station 6.3 km away; Rochefort thermal baths a 15-minute drive away.

TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
