Overall Rating

The property is old, but interior is in good shape. The neighborhood seems to be sort of run down. The biggest issue we had was showering, water pressure was very low especially the master bedroom upstairs. Ended up getting a hotel room just so we can go take a shower.

My Halloween Party

It was a great house for my Halloween party. Everyone had fun and I enjoyed myself. The game room was cool. Everything was great only the stove/oven needs to be replaced or cleaned. Looking forward to coming back!

Party House

This is good for parties but not to stay in. It smelled like marijuana when we arrived. There were fruit flies everywhere and even roaches. I would not stay here again. Our car was vandalized while there. The listing sounds good but it not a good place to stay. If you want to throw a party, it’s perfect. Worst VRBO experience so far

This guest tried to break the policy on amount of guest. When I enforced it he threatened to leave bad review. Sometime guest aren’t happy no matter what.

Amazing property

This property blew my mind. It's in an unassuming neighborhood but very close to many key Tampa spots.

We had a group of 7 single guys and there was plenty of room and places to sleep. Liked that there was 3 full bathrooms. Everyone loved the game room and pool table. Easy drive to airport, stadium, and casino. Lots of restaurants within 1-3 miles. Host was very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Plenty of space.

The home has a lot of space. It actually has 4 bedrooms and not 5 Because they turned the upstairs into a huge almost like a 1 bedroom mini apartment. Dave &Buster only 5 minutes from the location. Was really convenient for my family.

Perfect home

We had our event here and couldn’t have picked a better home. The house was very clean and more than big enough. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the space. The owner was kind and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend to any for a vacation, event, or even a few nights away. Will be utilizing this property again in the future.

Bugs and cleanliness

Very upset that there were roaches in the kitchen and that we all had to clean during our vacation to bring the house up to a clean standard I’m not sure that there were supposed to be clothing already in the closet but we weren’t wanting to store or cloths with the hosts belongings witch wasn’t too much of an issue just limited the storage in the rooms

The perfect getaway

We created some great memories over this Spring break at this home. Nice open layout, plenty of comfortable beds and well equipped. Everything we needed was already at the house. The trip was perfect from start to finish. Super easy check-in and check-out. John was very accommodating and responsive. We are already planning our next vacation, and would definitely rent here again!
