This property was great! The house was very clean, it had everything we needed ( towels, toiletries, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed including spices! The neighborhood was clean and very close the popular restaurants and every store you we needed for any kind of shopping! The host was very nice and always responded immediately! Close the FSU and Bush Gardens. 10 out of 10!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy home! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet in a peaceful setting. The home was well-stocked, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Home away from home

Leon was prompt to reply and comunicated well and made check in easy . Myself and my crew of welders enjoyed having there own rooms and clean comfotable queen size beds . We where tired after long days of work , and looked farward to a quiet night sleep .

This guest's reservation resulted in significant issues, including property damage (broken coffee table and shower damage), marijuana left in the home, and a party with dozens of unauthorized guests—clear violations of my house rules. The home is professionally cleaned and documented with photos/videos between each stay, confirming it was in pristine condition prior to check-in. The guest ultimately took responsibility and paid for the damages.
