This guest's reservation resulted in significant issues, including property damage (broken coffee table and shower damage), marijuana left in the home, and a party with dozens of unauthorized guests—clear violations of my house rules. The home is professionally cleaned and documented with photos/videos between each stay, confirming it was in pristine condition prior to check-in. The guest ultimately took responsibility and paid for the damages.

This property was great! The house was very clean, it had everything we needed ( towels, toiletries, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed including spices! The neighborhood was clean and very close the popular restaurants and every store you we needed for any kind of shopping! The host was very nice and always responded immediately! Close the FSU and Bush Gardens. 10 out of 10!!!

Five-Star Stay in a Spacious Home!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy home! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet in a peaceful setting. The home was well-stocked, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The host was responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Issues with "my stay"Police Presence: When the other family in our party arrived prior to check-in (3:00 PM), there were five police vehicles at a neighboring property. This immediately created an environment where the children felt unsafe.Lack of Lighting & Security: I arrived after 10:00 PM with my 9-year-old daughter. The neighborhood was extremely dark, and the home had no exterior lights on, making it impossible to see the address from the street.Unidentified Vehicle: Upon identifying the home, I discovered an unknown vehicle parked in the driveway. Between the earlier police activity and a strange car at the house, my daughter and I did not feel safe entering the property.Trash on the property: Owner stated he could not control trash that is left around the propertyZero Communication: I reached out to the host immediately to address the vehicle and our safety concerns. I received no response until the following morning. Because we had no way of knowing if the home was secure, we were forced to book a last-minute hotel.

Home away from home

Leon was prompt to reply and comunicated well and made check in easy . Myself and my crew of welders enjoyed having there own rooms and clean comfotable queen size beds . We where tired after long days of work , and looked farward to a quiet night sleep .
